Yesterday I got my bitcoin real quick, but today I didn't.  Is there a more reliable company that handles bitcoin operation.  This is ridiculous.   I thought it was supposed to be guaranteed 1 hour, but I've been waiting close to 12 hours.   I got an email but no immediate help. We all just want answers.
