i hope you can help me with my problem:

i made a transaction from my blockchain wallet to bitmixer.io . I used bitmixer.io 7 months ago and everything went well that time. i used the bitmixer code and everything went fine, except that  i dumbass forgot to download the letter of guarantee and verify it. (7 months ago i did not do that either). now, 12 hours later, there is no confirmation yet. (0/3)
the recipient adress from bitmixer.io is only valid for 24 hours. (faq on their website) so i have 12 hours left and i hope it will be send.

my questions:
what happens when i got no confirmation after 24 hours and the recipient adress will be deleted? do i loose the bitcoins or will it be send back to my wallet?

why do the process take so long? 7 months ago i waited 20 minutes and bitmixer has send me the coins. 

is it possible that i did not verify the letter of guarantee and because of that there is no confirmation?

please can anyone help.. i contacted the support but they didn't response yet. (ticket number:4307)
