1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't quit investing on: December 03, 2018, 02:53:45 PM
Wise words indeed. We have to research and check what is best for our investment portfolios. As you say, a dip in the market is a good opportunity for investors.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future looks bright on: December 03, 2018, 02:47:02 PM
I agree. The future looks bright. Cryptocurrency is evolving. Things are improving. Everything is going to be great. We have to keep positive and hope for the best.
3  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Sponsorship of scientific research with BTC on: November 30, 2018, 01:34:52 PM
Bitcoin is certainly a part of technology and science. I really hope that your project will be successful and that you will get the sponsorship you earnestly desire. I am not in a position to sponsor your project but I do wish you well.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys calm down and relax. Its going to be fine. on: November 30, 2018, 01:19:46 PM
The truth is, cryptocurrency is the future. No two ways about it. But as to which cyptocurrency will ultimately lead the field, we have to wait and watch. My guess is that Bitcoin will lead the way as long as it's possible to do so. Then it's place will be taken by a stronger and more evolved cryptocurrency. But you knew that already. Right?
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Perspective about HODL. on: November 29, 2018, 01:00:16 PM
I've seen so many different perspectives on 'hodling'. Some say hold on like the grim death no matter what. Others say when Bitcoin makes profits, withdraw some cash and enjoy. It really just depends on the individual, doesn't it? I enjoyed the 'I am hodling' story.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which coins have more potential than bitcoin. on: November 29, 2018, 12:31:14 PM
There can only ever be one Bitcoin. It was the first and the original cryptocurency which go tthe ball rolling. But there can never be more than a certain number of Bitcoin in the world. It's days are numbered. A newer, stronger crypocurrency will be required to bring the project forward. I believe the Virie may have the qualities required. If any cryptocurrency can takes us toward a virtual world, this one can. With it's decentralized blockchain and its user friendly market, it's ready for use by the most uncomplicated lay person.  I hope it will be received well. 7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market in depression on: November 28, 2018, 06:54:06 AM
Bitcoin wasn't just the first cryptocurrency. It started as a freedom movement. To free citizens from the tyranny of the banks. That movement will continue and grow as better, faster, smoother crypto coins appear.  We have to wait and watch.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you hear about Virie? on: November 28, 2018, 06:40:44 AM
I just read a blog post today about the crowdfunding policy Virie is using to bring up their coin. You don't have to buy it, you can pay $10.00 USD and become a shareholder. You get Virie coins in exchange. This sounds amazing. You can read the post here: https://www.annerainwater.net/blog/virie-s-crowdfunding-campaign
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merits, who else feels the same way I do when merited? on: November 27, 2018, 04:31:38 PM
It took me a long time to get merited but when it did, I got the most joyous feeling. I am so happy and thankful to the person or persons who merited me. I don't know how to find out who it was, but whoever it was, thanks so much. It made me even more encouraged on my cryptocurrency journey.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you hear about Virie? on: November 27, 2018, 04:28:00 PM
Virie is a new cryptocurrency which is actually a market in addition to being a cryptocurrency. It will make it easy to move money freely around the world. The virtual space doesn't have borders or customs. It's not just a new cryptocurrency. It's a new concept in cryptocurrency. A step forward. There are articles online about it. See this: https://www.annerainwater.net/blog/win-win-with-virie
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would Bitcoin become irrelevant or remain the King? on: November 26, 2018, 03:56:00 PM
I've been doing a bit of reading around. Bitcoin was the first and original cryptocurrency. Although it improves with every update, it still has a way to go to evolve to being what as cryptocurrency truly is. We have to way till the cryptocurrency evolves to being the currency it was truly meant to be. Faster, smoother and more user friendly. And this will happen. It's happening.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys calm down and relax. Its going to be fine. on: November 26, 2018, 03:52:23 PM
I also believe it is not over. Cryptocurrency is simply evolving into a higher level, that's all. Have you heard about Virie? See this..https://www.annerainwater.net/blog/the-distributed-exchange-network
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrencies are going down on: November 23, 2018, 03:24:49 PM
That really is a matter of opinion and very personal. One way or the other however, it is true that cryptocurrency is here to stay. The whole concept. Decentralization, ease of payments and moving out of the banking system. It is really down to whether you consider cryptocurrency to be a cause of huan interest or a nice place to invest your money and make a quick buck.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Capitalism is destroying us. on: November 22, 2018, 01:21:40 PM
Actually, capitalism is on the way out. The economic system as we know it is going. All we have is cryptocurrency now. Or rather, all we will have. That's my view.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should now sell coin or not on: November 22, 2018, 01:10:06 PM
That's a decision that only you can make for yourself. When it comes to buying and selling any kind of cryptocurrency, it's entirely your call. No blaming anyone else when it all goes wrong.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is it to put everything in one cryptocurrency? on: November 21, 2018, 02:59:30 PM
I've mentioned here before to the point of boredom that I always heard that whoever wants to invest in the traditional stocks and shares market should not put all their investment in one company. The key is to diversify your portfolio. This way, no matter what way the market works you will hopefully earn more than you lose. Isn't the cryptocurrency market exactly the same in this regard?
17  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-20] Crypto Investors Who Bought Bitcoin at $1,000 are Now Starting to on: November 21, 2018, 02:55:17 PM
I suppose by now those who bought Bitcoin at $1,000 are being cautious. They've made a handsome profit so they want to get out while the going is good. Or rather before losses start to mount up, as they see it.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about blockchain games? on: November 19, 2018, 11:55:23 AM
Creating blockchain games sounds like a great idea for those with time on their hands. Great idea. Well done.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Falling Down? Is it The end ? on: November 19, 2018, 11:50:15 AM
Hah. How many times have people been predicting the end of Bitcoin? And like, what happened? I really wouldn't worry too much about it. Just keep calm and keep hodling.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: 2018 the year of correction? on: November 16, 2018, 03:49:44 PM
It's like the law of gravity. What goes up must come down. Things are averaging out. Good observation.
