@Eliphaz It's been over 5 weeks since I initialed a BTC withdrawal. At least FIVE unanswered emails to support with NO replies. I'm starting to feel Scammed. I know you must be short on people and/or time, but this is getting outright ridiculous. 5 weeks is too long for a withdrawal.
Can you please look into my matter?
Over $500 of my hard earned money lost in your system is no joke. I will be happy to make a positive post when you resolve this issue. Thanks.

It makes no good to post misleading disinfo about your case on a public forum. Support has been interacting with you successfully on several emails and has been advising you with specific instructions how to fix your mistake of not providing the BTC payout address as your withdrawal transfer message, a mistake that commonly results in our processes not being able to process such a transaction and resulting in delays lasting weeks and possibly longer to resolve. Additionally, you've been requesting cancellation of your withdrawal and returning of the BTC on your HEAT account, which isn't possible. You need to provide us the Bitcoin payout account through secure means (HEAT Wallet), until that's done your withdrawal will remain pending.

As support has been instructing you, please send a private HEAT message from your account 6100592565213227281 to our account 9583431768758058558 stating your desired payout bitcoin address for that transaction. Such a message hasn't been yet received on 9583431768758058558. Thanks

THANK YOU for your clear instructions. The private message with desired payout btc address has been sent. Hoping to resolve soon.

HEAT tokens to HEAT stock options, probably at a rate of 400 HEAT for every 1 option entitling for 50% rebate in company share sale, is still planned for late summer. It's delayed about 6 months from the original schedule.

@Eliphaz or others that can let me know what's going on.....

So my BTC withdrawal has been stuck in the HEAT system for over a month now (since April 11th). 4 emails to support have gone unanswered. If anyone can please let me know what's going on I would greatly appreciate it.

What is currently the SEND HEAT tab in the online wallet used to be called something else about a month ago when I initiated the withdrawal. I had followed the directions and sent my 0.295 BTC to account #9583431768758058558 which I believe is the HEAT administrator's account that they required us to send our BTC to so they could manually initiate withdrawals in the previous version of the online wallet. My withdrawal was never initiated.

Please help. And thanks in advance.

During the past ~2 days with staff out of office heatwallet.com experienced some java certificate issues, making the site to not show HEAT blockchain content as designed. In such circumstances when the web site is unavailable or not serving data, the peer network and blockchain are operating fine. It'd be advised to run your own server to access the HEAT services during those times.

The HEAT faucet for new BTC depositors also went a bit wild and was shortly cut off. Services have now been restored and BTC redemptions are up to date.

Eliphaz, I'm still waiting for my BTC redemption from April 11th. My acct # is 6100592565213227281

I'm trying to get back in the Heat market but I need this 0.29 btc redemption to be resolved first. Thanks.

I will try to forward your issue with haste. I'm sure it will be sorted out soon.

Thank you Crapsy. I am still (frustratingly) waiting.

is the btc withdraw working with the wallet heat ?

I initiated a BTC withdraw (redemption) on April 11th and I'm still waiting. What's worse, after logging into my online wallet, my account shows as UNKNOWN as if it's been disabled, and I don't have access to anything. What's even worse is that I've sent about 4 emails to support@heatledger.com in the last 2 weeks about my issues and about my "lost" BTC, and have gotten NO response.

If any of the HEAT team wants to resolve my way-overdue issue, especially my 0.29 btc that you are "holding", my account number is 6100592565213227281

This whole system is starting to really worry me. I have some faith in HEAT, but as of right now my "lost" btc is starting to make me suspect I have been defrauded. Looking forward to getting proven wrong.

-Very Frustrated HEAT investor

Is BTC disbursement not working? Just wondering because I have gone through disbursement process before and all went well. But this time it has been a week since I asked for disbursement, following all instructions like before, and still have not received my BTC. It's only 0.29 BTC, but I still need it. And I've sent 2 emails to support without reply. Anybody else having problems with getting their BTC out?

I think the Easter holidays has had it's toll on this service that needs manual attention. I'm pretty sure that today everything will be brought up-to-date.

I hope it was due to the holidays. It's already Tuesday evening and still nothing. Going on almost 8 days since I asked for BTC withdrawal. Getting a little frustrated at this point.

Here are the instructions for withdrawal/redemption: BTC redemption (cashout) fee is 0.25%, minimum 0.001 BTC. Processing time 0-24 hours. To redeem your BTC asset for real Bitcoins, Click Transfer Asset from top right menu, choose Asset: BTC (5592059897546023466) Receiver: 9583431768758058558 and Amount: the desired cashout amount. Enter in payment message the desired Bitcoin address you want the Bitcoins to be sent. Do not enter anything else in the payment message.

I'm confused as to what to add to the "Recipient*" line, which is a requirement when filling out withdrawal/redemption form. There is actually no "Receiver" line to fill out, only "Recipient", which doesn't work when inputting the BTC wallet I want to send my BTC to. Thanks in advance for the help.

You should enter your BTC-address in the message. The recipient should be 9583431768758058558.

So I entered 9583431768758058558 for the "Recipient", I entered "BTC" for the "Asset", and I entered the BTC amount to transfer. There is was no other "message" line. I was expecting a "message" line on a following window, so I pressed SEND and my BTC dissapeared from my acct. I didn't have a chance to enter my BTC Wallet address. Where did my BTC go off to? Thanks again.
