Looks similar to the Monaco site.

It is a copy of Blockchain Capital Venture Fund, BCAP token... they are trying to raise MCAP token awareness

It should also be noted all the Linkedin profiles on the website link out to Linkedin pages where none of those people list Monaco Technology as an associated company, very bad sign.

Ronny Boesing, CEO of financial crypto platform OpenLedger told CryptoNinjas the company is planning on getting regulation and soon will be releasing a cryptocurrency debit card.

He said:
