can somebody point me in the right direction? wallet says no block source available and its not letting me add peers. what can i do? its not connecting (wallet)

first of all, great job guys, steady and slow wins the race! also i had mentioned a while back that my wallet stopped giving me rewards, it used to do a little bit every two days, but now its been since November and nothing, is there something i can do or do i keep waiting? my "weight on the network" seems to be going up thought. but again no rewards. i'm holding for a long time bc i trust the coin and the development team.. lets keep it up!

here is my personal experience, desktop wallet does take a while to sync the first time which is normal, however on the forum there are ways to speed up the process by downloading the "history" and changing it for your wallet. from desktop wallet to online wallet takes about 2 seconds to transfer, from wallet or online wallet to bitgrail exchange takes about 1-2 minutes, i have used mercatox. but i like bigrail better. i have also taken out ltc and doge since btc and eth take time, everything working great on my end. dont listen to people bashing it bc they didnt buy it when they first learn about it.. well happy new year and happy trading.

for months it was told to move your coins from nova. so if people didn't check on their investments at least once or twice a month, then they are not real investors. vsx moving great, just need more updates but this one has potential  |

i personally would want to keep the supply the way it is, it makes it different from all the others. i think we have to wait for development to do its thing, people will come. We just need a little boost and that is it.

Do you know why it is hard to add XRB to exchanges? Firstly, it is NOT a Litecoin clone - totally original and different tech. Second, each wallet needs to "mine" their TX by proof of work. SO imagine receiving and sending all those transactions by the exchanges and consuming CPU power. They have to dedicate two or three servers just for Raiblocks. For the individual user, it's ok but for a hub of many transactions?
so you are saying that it will be hard for Railblock to be added on popular exange? Isn't there a rumour of Binance adding XRB? Edit:spelling I haven't heard of this, there's a tweet where they reached out to Bittrex though... Hopefully they'll be listed on another exchange soon, I feel very uncomfortable with Bitgrail & Mercatox. The project looks solid, but the amateuristic way both these exchanges are dealing with Rai at the moment are making me lose trust. The price on Bitgrail just dropped to 7600 sats, it's probably panic selling, but there's a lot of rumours surrounding manipulation. and now up to 13000. |

Why are some people pointing XRB as one of the big projects in 1 or 2 years? Is it a decentralized exchange, right? Transactions are instantaneous and distribution is fair, right? Is there anything else? Because they are only three projects that has DAG technology IOTA, XRB, Byteball out of 1326 cryptocurrencies. Only IOTA and XRB has zero txs fee. sorry for the late reply, yeah a long time ago, maybe like in april. I just keep having issues with the wallet synchronizing, i think it downloaded all the blocks, just processing them. How long should it take? |

so i need some help guys, i made a transfer a long time ago from cryptopia to my wallet, however it never really got there, online it says "waiting for wallet to accept", the problem is that wallet has never really synced, and my wallet says locked, try to unlock it but it doesnt really do anything
so i got it to unlocked, how long does synchronizing last? i feel like its been a few weeks and nothing yet |

Hope everyone had a great week, wanted to bother you guys again. My wallet has been saying "expected time to earn reward 1 hour" (sometimes 40 min) for the past like 6-8 days, is this normal? or do i have to do something for the wallet to earn rewards again?

new to this, when your coins go into stake in your wallet, when can you stop staking them? like if i want to transfer them later on. thank you guys
There is an option under settings to allocate coins so they are not staked so that can spend them whenever you want. You will not be earning a stake reward for those coins while you do this obviously. yean i saw the setting, but i meant for the coins that appear as "stake" when will they become available ? like how long is the "lock in" period? 110 confirmations Good call EGStrategies.This is correct.Once they have minted a block technically they are not doing anything, just waiting to be confirmed.Once they have found a block they become unspendable until 110 confirmations. how long until they become "mature" and start earning reward again? just trying to learn more. thanks guys! |
