I just need this specific withdrawal. to MY VISA card, as I have really god exchange rate from USD to my local currency via VISA, about 3% better than all other ways.
So if you know for any other service beside CEX.io that offers this withdrawal, please share it.
I spent 2 hours google it, but no luck.

I’m trying to found place where I can upload BTC, convert BTC to USD, withdraw USD to MY VISA card.
That feature is possible at CEX.io, but with withdrawal fee of 3%.
