giorgio masserati 1 vs 0 the rest
As I have said before. The Internet has a very long memory. He may not pay cash, now. But he will pay one day. Possibly in a way he doesn't like. But if that's his choice, then so be it.

I've a feeling that a prison sentence might be the least of his worries if he carries on like this. There are many in the world not as reasonable as us. He only only needs to have screwed over one of them and he might have major problems.

Agreed. It's been a big scam. But look at it from this point of view. He has a couple of young kids at the moment. One day, they will have Internet access. They *will* find out what their dad has done. Every kids' hero is their dad. Can you imagine the trust issues those kids might have with their hero dad Giorgio after they find out? And they will find out. The fact they still owe me money and are making no effort to repay it means that I will be one of many people making sure that they find out.
Karma's a bitch Giorgio.

Please ensure everyone knows about BitMine.ch:
>> I really don't care what people say, after 1 week at bitmine I was already used to hear anything about this company. Most of the point of the new >> venture is also to be able to refund everyone, which, maybe you haven't got it already, is currently impossible for us. Let's say we spend everything >> in refund and close the next day, we would be able to refund maybe half of the customers. Not very fair to the other isn't it? So I am sorry to tell you >> that you will have to wait if you aren't interested in the options given. And don't worry about us, I sleep well as always and I guess the same goes for >> everybody else. First week at bitmine may be a bit harsh, but after that one you already saw and heard everything. >> Best regards, >> Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch
This is after they have refused to refund according to their own protection plan.

I hope this is stage 1 of them starting to communicate again.

They are still there. I have had contact. No BTC refund mind you.

I can tell you for a fact that when I go and visit, I will most definitely NOT be telling him the date and time of my arrival. I'm patient.

Last I had was 11th June: "everyone here at bitmine wants there refunds to be paid as soon as possible and be over with. I see payments are done regularly, almost on a daily basis, and I'm confident your refund will be paid sooner or later, as much as everyone else's. Spamming and accusing us of theft won't help you in any way"
No contact for a week. Maybe they've finally done a runner. Or they are in hiding with the local police and the national cybercrime team investigating them.
|
|
|
I don't think so. Once a company is flagged up as "dodgy" with national authorities and local police, then it's "no smoke without fire...."

"Dear Sir or Madam, These last days, CYCO has received a significant number of claims regarding the website bitmine.ch owned by the company Bitmine AG. Indeed, it seems that the company has troubles to deliver their customers and promise reimbursements. After some research, it appears that many other clients complained about the same problem in discussion forums over Internet."

Looks that way. The money has gone many different ways. The largest whole lump 544 ends up at a long term address (13f6g7bobzbEdov9d3E8DJrPNQfCF8p37N)
"Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?"

More Bitmine wallet dilution:
1000BTC has moved

"it is your legal right to sue us."
Words used by scammers all around the world throughout history. "So sue me"
|
|
|
Just the 1Fwy1ohpdinkcsTSkEJ4pvRnLj3Q8TVSp5 address which I have a feeling is a new address in the same wallet after the refunds last week were done. Looks like someone got a small refund today from that address.

|
refund was send split via btc and 1 week later with wiretransfer.
If you don't mind either here or via PM, what was the address that paid the BTC? It would be nice to see another address connected to Bitmine as the addresses I am monitoring have not made any recent payments. Thanks, Steve

Thank you for this, but I would disagree with "Issues with refunds still, quite a few technical problems with delivered products but are getting worked through." Having to take legal action to get them to do the refund is not really "getting worked through"

That's what he says. And then nothing happens. And then they ignore you.
Ho? me? Can you specify your post a little? someone deleted a post about Kerim @ Bitmine support promising to look at a refund for someone

I've exchanged email with the local police. I suggest others do as well to ensure that the local police are aware of Bitmine and Giorgio. They might pay a visit to ask them why there are so many complaints coming in.
They advise to write to:
Ministry of Public via Praetorian 16 6900 Lugano Switzerland
With all documents and dates etc. (I assume in Italian, although I will include English as well)
So that's my next plan. I have lawyer contact, but would prefer not to spend just yet.
