After the May11 crash (33 to 2), I think the new floor is 80-100. Next plow forward will be 500-600.

Thanks, I feel so much better now.
6  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Silverstone DA 1200w Modular PSU for 1 BTC on: April 14, 2013, 11:40:32 AM
I'm selling this really nice rock solid PSU. Rated at1200w, most I ever stressed it was two Xeon processors and a Nvidia 280 GTX. Was bought new and used for 8 months, under moderate-heavy load (my computational neuroscience PhD). It is a modular supply with fully supply of cables included. Nothing more to say, but feel free to ask me any questions.

Review here (hardware heaven gold award):

Also listed on https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/25601-silverstone-da-1200-modular-psu (pics)

Special deal for this forum, asking 1.4 BTC + shipping (worldwide)

I also have a CM Stacker 831 full tower case, for UK shipping only (make me an offer).

Are you on Linux? I use SSMTP for stuff like this: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/SSMTP. Never tried a python only solution, but you can call system commands from python.

If not, sorry me not speaky de windoze.  Sad

Have you tried localbitcoins? I am on there selling, we need more people doing it this way IMHO.

Anyone speculate on the amount of miniaturization of the ASIC miners? Like is there any relation to the <30nm processes that the big chip makers are cranking out.

Backing up your wallet is a good thing, and won't effect the wallet on your PC, but if your PC crashes you are saved.

Look into litecoin mining, it is easier at the moment. I am using cudaminer, which you can find on this forum, with nvidia cards at the moment.

Hello all.

So I've been mining BTC for over a year, and have been lurking here for a while. I saw the ripple givaway and well got a little pissed that I hadn't registered earlier. Anyway, I'm actually interested in stimulating the BTC economy by selling some computer hardware on the selling forum instead of flea-baying it.

I'm also listed on localbitcoins.com, and I am trying to sell at 0% commission for a while to get some BTC circulating around me. I've even thought of contacting some local headshops and encouraging them to set up bitcoin payments, but the recent crash has scared me a bit from doing that! Right now I'm mining LTC at 600 Kh/s, and holding them to exchange for BTC later possibly.

So I'm a miner and early adopter, please get me out of here!

Cheers from Warwickshire, England.
