1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AICOIN ICO: The Investment Collective that Builds Wealth for tokenholders on: August 29, 2017, 12:25:17 AM
So I am guessing the ICO is over now, any update?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 24, 2013, 07:35:03 AM
An update on the hosting front, my Jupiter has been completly offline for 14 hours, I am a day 1 delivery customer and I have been hashing for a long time now.
No news and support told me about how I should click save only once when the problem is clearly not related to the WEB UI!!!!
I know of at least 4 other people in the same boat right now.

Not sure what's left to do, hoping this will get reserved shortly but man, I am losing money every day with this thing....
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 12, 2013, 08:01:05 AM

Now imagine having no access to your miner, no return emails and having to wait until 4:30am to call their customer service to talk to someone that can't help you.  All the while mining ~400Gh (an admitted improvement over 150 from the last 2 days)...

I'm sure they will eventually make things right with me, but it will be too late.  After all, I've now been mining for 3 days for grand total of .8 BTC (yes that was a period before the Cool.

I really just want to talk to someone that has physical access to my miner and can troubleshoot it. In my opinion, people that paid an extra $2200 for hosting shouldn't be worse off than those that had them shipped.

Yes, I am in the same boat as you are, got 100 GH/s for days, finally reached 400 yesterday but by no means am I getting close to 550.
Plus I mined on their pools for a full day and a half and I haven't seen any coins and since they don't have stats (WFT!) who knows what that pool is doing.

I am emailing support every day, I am getting an answer every 2 days but the answer is always useless although polite.

I am hoping that hosted people like us, will have another round of compensation...

Yeah, my hosting Jup went to 480 GH/s, the highest I've seen but dropped down to 300... crossing fingers it'll go back up.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 11, 2013, 06:16:44 PM
FYI, my Jupiter day 1 customer 1-500 is running hosted since 2 days now at an underwhelming 100 GH/s average and my order still says PAID, never went to "processing" or anything else.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 11, 2013, 11:55:26 AM
^Yeah, 550+ yeah, my ass... I am hosted and stuck at 100 average....

are you reading speed through pool? i use slush and it showed 30 at the start and slowly ramped up to 450 after about 10 hours.

I tried, eligius then 50btc, both stuck at 100 GH/s, maybe I'll try slush...
Congrats on getting 450, you're one of the lucky few Smiley

Day 1, customer group 1-500, Hosting, Order 34x still nothing....
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 01, 2013, 09:01:45 PM
I am a customer group 1-500, day 1 customer with hosting and nothing shows up......

Frustrating as it looks like some day 2 people are getting "in progress" status.

Could it be they are not ready for hosting and treating their customers who paid more as second grade citizen?

The lack of communication on hosting is killing me.

Lol, 500 is great, I love how they say it did 576 average but the cgminer screen clearly show 497 but yeah, can't complain!

....

I was still crossing fingers for 600+....

I see, I read it wrong. Maybe 1 or 2 folks will get their miners a little faster then.

We went the refund route so we can move on and not mess with shipping changes and other hassles. And we came out ahead about $15/BTC from the date we ordered and today's valuation. Plus, finding market value for the pre-orders wasn't worth the hassle either. Funds tied in escrow until Day 1 delivery does us no good and 2PH/s+ coming on the market has sidelined any sensible buyers out there. KnCMiner provided excellent support for the refund request and everything related to this project throughout.

So you got refunded in BTC?

Can we measure if the chip is really 28nm when we get the board in stock?

^Yes, you need to buy a million dollars bad ass microscope though....
