Hello fellow miners!
Currently I am running a mining rig with ewbf's 0.3.3b evga gtx 1070. Each card does about 450-460 and to be honest the fan noise is not that loud and they only get about 60°C, so I am pretty happy with that. (All in stock setting + ofc I boosted the fan speed.)
I am considering about getting a gtx 1080 ti because it would give more hash rate per pci-e slot.
But I am not sure about what hash rate can they actually get with ewbf's 0.3.3b miner and how about the power consumption, heat and noise?
Does anyone here have experience with one of below 1080 cards?
1) Evga GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition
2) Msi GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition
3) Evga GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 GAMING
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards Boomsjakalaka

Hi all, thanks a lot for the tips!
Which mining pool would you recommend to use for zcash? Supernova? Flypool? some other pool?
Kind regards

Dear mining community,
I have read a lot about mining (ETH) under linux with gtx 1070 for better results, but I also encountered that now it's also possible under windows 10.
Which one should I use? Linux or windows? And which miner gives the best result?
On a further note, I currently have 3 gtx 1070's, but I realize that these cards are like a year old.
Would it be beneficial for me to buy 3 more to get a 6 card rig? Or wait for new cards to come out or even change to AMD cards for mining.
Any advise I would sincerely appreciate.
With kind regards, Boomsjakalaka
