I took a look at your order ID(not BI support) but yours is in the status mine is in. I think if the merchant they process BTC through is MtGOX it can take a while as they release theirs to the blockchain in batches, if it remember correctly) Oops, I meant BlockChain not BitInstant, but great to hear I'm not the only one who's status is "complete" and "Order executed - funds deposited". Charlie, I think this wording needs to be changed!
