So I've sold a few items thru hexpay and always gotten the coin directed to my wallet after a few confirmations. Today I have a payment for $250 that never made it to my wallet. It shows many confirmations in the original wallet that hexpay gave the buyer but it has not forwarded to my address like the other payments have. It's just stuck there.

I wrote a support ticket but never heard back yet. Someone please advise.
