Buenas a todos. Como no está de más hacer un informativo acerca de cómo hacer una ICO exitosa. Voy a resumir lo que he investigado. De antemano, quisiera que ustedes se pasearan por mi renovada página web MGFSConsult. Allí he colocado un artículo interesante respecto a qué impacto tendría una ICO en economías como Venezuela. Bien, esto es lo que he buscado: El primer paso: El concepto de la ICO
Antes que nada, debes tener en claro cuál es el propósito por el que vas a crear la moneda. Recuerda que este mercado mueve millones, por lo que el motivo que vayas a proponer por la cual vas a crear la moneda debe tener envergadura. No vale solamente que tengas una página web propia con un diseño atractivo y convincente, también debes mostrar algo tangible y que tú puedas hacer. No vayas a hacer algo que te guste pero que al mismo tiempo te resulte difícil hacerlo por X, Y, o Z razones. Fíjate bien el lo que hicieron algunas empresas que crearon ICO con la finalidad de obtener beneficios para lograr ampliar sus negocios, diseñar nuevos productos... Lo importante que debes saber es que las ICO son Ofertas Iniciales de Criptodivisa; casi lo mismo que cuando una empresa cotiza en la bolsa de valores una oferta inicial de participaciones (IPO) y su valor inicial debe representar un porcentaje de los beneficios a obtener. Por lo que, al cerrar el año fiscal o mensualmente, debes compensar a tus inversionistas con una parte de los beneficios que obtuviste en ese periodo (mensual, trimiestral, anual) El segundo paso: Crear la moneda. La mayoría de las monedas ICO están formadas a través de "Smart Contracts" (contratos inteligentes) de Ethereum. Esta plataforma te permite entre otras cosas crear monedas con los parámetros que tu quieras. El detalle está es en que debes tener disponibles algunos eths para crear un contrato inteligente nuevo. La ventaja está en que Ethereum tiene un entorno blockchain con el que puedes crear uno propio a tu gusto (o así es como yo entendí, bueno ya alguien me corregirá). En esta página puedes encontrar un tutorial paso a paso sobre cómo hacerlo. Otra manera de hacer monedas es a través de Counterparty. Es mucho más sencillo, pues además de utilizar la plataforma de la Blockchain de Bitcoin, te permite hacer; al igual que en Ethereum, creaciones de contratos por medio de Tokens. En la misma página donde saqué información sobre un tutoríal de criptos por medio de Ethereum, también me encontré con un tutorial sobre cómo crear monedas a través de CounterpartyEl tercer paso: Hacerlo público. Ya creaste la moneda. OK. Ahora viene la parte más profunda. Hacerlo público es la parte que puede parecer sencilla, pero es mucho más complicado. Más aún si tienes un historial poco reputado en la internet. En esta sección del foro; donde cada vez que entras ves una cantidad supersaturada de anuncios de ICO y criptomonedas nuevas, puedes hacerte notar y publicar lo que propones. Hasta aquí todo bien. La parte mas importante es que no solo debes publicarla aquí en la sección en español, sino en todo el foro. Para ello, debes saber inglés y expresar las mismas ideas y propuestas que expresaste en tu idioma, en otras lenguas. También debes hacer campañas en la web, crear anuncios tanto en motores de búsqueda como en redes sociales, vídeos en el que muestres o des explicaciones de la importancia de la moneda y el impacto que crees que va a tener. Lo único que te voy a pedir es que no vendas lástima; para ese tipo de cosas están los limosneros y demás gente en situación de calle. Frases como : "Necesito vender esta moneda para que mi empresa se haga notar..." o "Pon tu granito de arena..." o "Tu inversión, nuestro futuro..." o demás frases populistas, no convencen a largo plazo En este aspecto, como un plús a tu éxito, debes tener un historial bastante nutrido y con una reputación dentro del entorno de criptos bastante buena. ¿Por qué digo esto? Porque si tú tienes un historial de préstamos P2P bastante malo o tienes de antecedente el hecho de que participaste en proyectos que terminaron siendo, entre otras cosas, fraudulento, es muy poco probable que logres tener en poco tiempo (o tal vez no logres nada) lo que quieres obtener. Así que, en tal caso, debes echarle a la suerte y tener una buen discurso honrado. No puedes caerle a mentiras y patrañas disfrazadas de sentimentalismos politiqueros. El cuarto paso: Cotizar en sitios relacionados Buscar cotizar en sitios de intercambio forex basados en criptodivisas como Bittrex, Poloniex y demás sitios especializados en cotizaciones de ICO, es la parte más complicada y que requiere mucho del tercer paso. También existe el riesgo de que tu moneda se cotice muy por debajo del valor que tu estableciste al momento de lanzarla al mercado. Por debes tener buena publicidad. Es crucial mantengas actualizado a tus inversionistas y tenedores. Es indispensable que muestres algo tangible y que puedas hacer realidad a corto plazo; por ejemplo, fotos y videos de avances de las fases de tus proyectos. De esto depende el éxito que tengas o no con tu ICO. Si ves que tu moneda no recupera el valor inicial, debes tener cuidado en hacer tratos inescrupulosos con algunos los tenedores de la moneda. Esto es lo que me pasó a mi cuando coticé mis IPOs de MGFSConsult en BTCPop al que hoy es el dueño de esa página. En un intento desesperado por hacer notar, de forma errática, mi proyecto; acabé por vender la mitad de las 250 millones de participaciones de mi MGFS-B a 1.25 BTC, es decir, un satoshi por cada participación. Algo que con el tiempo lamenté muchísimo, pues por inexperiencia, no tenía ningún plan B. El quinto paso: Hacer un balance de tu proyecto y mostrar resultados Para poder mantener a flote tu ICO de tu moneda, es imprescindible que seas transparente y vayas invirtiendo el monto que obtuviste en el motivo o los motivos por lo decidiste hacer la iniciativa. Esto mismo decía en el tercer y cuarto paso. Internet es una herramienta muy peligrosa pues puede ser utilizada por delincuentes, ya que tiene la ventaja de que permite crear un personaje ficticio sin que salga a flote sus oscuras intenciones. En ese aspecto, debes tener cuidado con mostrar fotos y/o vídeos en tus cuentas personales de redes sociales que comprometan tu reputación relacionada con la ICO que lanzaste; ya que en el ciberespacio hay muchos sabuesos y troles por igual dispuestos a dañar tu imagen basado en lo que vieron en x sitio. De ésta manera, un balance transparente de lo que invertiste en tu proyecto, te permitirá ganar credibilidad. Ésta debe perdurar en el tiempo y no a corto plazo. Es muy conocido en este mundillo de gente que tuvieron empresas con muy buena reputación y a los 2 o 3 años desaparecieron como si nada; incurriendo en muchos casos en estafas y pleitos legales. Te puedo mencionar, por ejemplo, el caso de GAW Miners y su scamcoin denominada "PayCoin (XPY)"; llamada a ser una moneda que desplazaría al propio Bitcoin, pués según sus creadores (hoy tras las rejas -digo yo-) alegaban que incluiría una tarjeta prepago VISA y sería aceptada por Amazon. Algo que al poco tiempo representantes de dicho portal negarían enfáticamente. Es todo lo que sé. Espero que los moderadores le coloquen un alfiler aquí o que muevan este hilo a su respectiva sección... Espero que les sea útil a ustedes. Yo pensaba que lo de la computación cuántica aún era ciencia ficción, pero parece que ya es una realidad.
Hoy, leyendo sobre el tema, me entero que Google ya ha anunciado un procesador de 72 cúbits; y que Intel e IBM ya lo habían hecho con anterioridad con uno de 49 y 50 cúbits respectivamente.
Llegado este momento, uno se pregunta: ¿es una amenaza esto para la seguridad del Bitcoin? ¿Está previsto tomar alguna medida para dotar al Bitcoin de seguridad “post-cuántica”?

Aunque no lo digan yo creo que ya se debería pensar que problemas podría traer y como se puede solucionar . Crear un criptomoneda donde no se vea afectada por la computación cuántica. |
