Yes, here you are right. Projects that honestly disclose information are rare. This project interested me (for the most part in that they returned funds to investors after the first ICO).

I am looking for information regarding US corporate registry and open bank account for your company which was on to do list for this month. Still there are 10 more days for this till start of self funding round in February. Any update on company registration with US law will be great thing to know about.
Not really sure I understand the question correctly. Are you asking for our help with US bank registration? If so, I apologize, but OnPlace doesn't work open banks or etc. |

Why are you conducting an ICO for the second time? Have you changed something dramatically in the project or enlisted the support of large investors?
Yes, there have been some dramatic changes in our strategies. And also one our key VC collaborators recommended us to cancel the campaign. |

Hi everyone, for those who are patient, we want to thank you.
We would like to bring out some clarification, just because we didn't collect money through ICO it doesn't mean that our project has failed. Funds that been collected through CrowdFunder is not an ICO and have nothing to do with these ICO there we offered OnPlace Inc. shares to investors. This particular ICO brought us needed attention from crypto society, although we haven't collected any money. It was our first ICO and we didn't have any help from real professionals, if we would have to do it all over again we would've done it differently. As of right now we have large investors who are willing to take over, and not willing to work within ICO framework.
About refund from this ICO, there's a lot of successful refund transactions, people are withdrawing with no difficulties.
About bounty campaign, our bounty manager " targetmlrd " who we hired to run our bounty showed us the agreement, and according to it we have to pay 2% of OPLs from collected amount. All the bounty participants please get a hold of him for all questions and concerns. Thank you for understanding.
Even though we spend on this ICO our own money without getting them back, we have gained a lot of precious experience.
