Nice vs PSG

Nice should be using their kind of 4-2-3-1 formation, with Balotelli as central striker and Eysseric, Belhanda and Pereira as offensive support behind his back. PSG is set to play in 4-3-3 formation, with Maria, Cavani and Draxler as forwards. Adrien Rabiot made his return from injury against Monaco in midweek. PSG is closer in the title battle and surely remains as a side with more of individual quality and are favorites in my eyes.

My Prediction: BTTS

Inter vs Napoli

Inter are 7th with 56 points. They are still fighting for the Europa League, but their poor results of late have made their chances smaller. Napoli are 3rd with 71 points. They are seven points clear in front fourth-placed Lazio, but they are still in the hunt for the second place which leads directly into Champions League.

My Prediction: BTTS

Tottenham vs Arsenal

The Spurs are the hottest team on the island right now. They are in a crazy pursuit chasing Chelsea for the Premier League title.

My Prediction: Home WIN

Everton vs Chelsea

Everton (7th) are two points behind Arsenal for the last Europa League spot but have played two games more than they have, so they need to win every game here.Chelsea (1st) lead Tottenham by four points and this is their hardest fixture in their remaining schedule.

My Prediction: Away WIN
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 30, 2017, 09:35:37 AM
Manchester Utd vs Swansea

Manchester United didn’t have one of their better performances last time out, but the team still managed to take what they wanted, as the team took a point away from home in a local derby against Manchester City in a goalless draw. Visitors should be playing with three players upfront, Ayew, Llorente and Sigurdsson.

My Prediction: Home WIN
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League Prediction Thread (Primeira Liga) on: April 28, 2017, 05:16:44 PM
Guimaraes manage to win 5 games in row, playing fantastic football and will try to win tonight as well. Setubal is in down moment. they lose last 2 games 0-3, had in last 10 games just 1-4-5 score.

Easy Away WIN
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 28, 2017, 05:12:57 PM
Atalanta vs Juventus

Atalanta are 5th with 63 points. They have been in great form recently, losing only once in the last thirteen games. Atalanta are five points ahead of AC Milan for the last Europa League spot with five games to go. Juventusare is the best team in Italy, they have the best players and will get the title again but they deserve it.Juventus played great against Barcelona and their ambitions are 100% in winning the Champions League for sure the Copa Italia for a treble.

Prediction: Both Teams To Score
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 28, 2017, 05:09:24 PM
Espanyol vs Barcelona

Espanyol is the next to face Barcelona in La Liga. Espanyol are actually done for the season. Espanyol find themselves in 9th position and are 9 points behind Athletic Bilbao. Barcelona find themselves in 1st position with one game more played than Real Madrid and of course they want to keep the pressure on Real Madrid.

Prediction: Barcelona WIN
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 28, 2017, 05:06:58 PM
Villarreal vs Sporting Gijon

Villarreal have put themselves in good position to qualify for the Europa League, and now they have to see it through. Gijon, on the other hand, have a lot to do to survive this season, but they are not without a chance.

Prediction: Villarreal WIN

Angers vs Lyon

Angers have done well to win their semi final in the French Cup but a strange bit of scheduling seems them having to back up two days later to play Lyon. Lyon find themselves in 5th position and they should be disappointed in their season so far. They are 1 point behind Bordeaux and 2 points behind Marseille who both played a match more than Lyon. I expect Lyon to play well and hard knowing that they got a full 6 days rest before their next game, so expect them to win this one quite well.

Prediction: Lyon WIN

Manchester C. vs Man. United

Man City (4th) are one point ahead of their city rivals for the last Champions League spot. They have done well at home this season, as they have won five and drawn three of their last eight home games. Man Utd (5th) have won 13 and drawn 10 of their last 23 games, and look to maintain that unbeaten form here against their noisy neighbours.

 Manchester City

Manchester City manager expects to have Sergio Aguero fit for the Manchester Derby on Thursday after picking up a minor problem in their FA Cup semi-final defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
The home side are also hopeful that Silva can be involved but his problem is worse than Aguero's after being forced off after 23 minutes at Wembley.
Gabriel Jesus came close to making the squad for the cup game against Arsenal and should at least make the bench here, although maybe as a substitute with Aguero expected to be fit.
John Stones is a huge doubt for the Thursday after missing the trip to Wembley on Sunday through injury, which could see Vincent Kompany start his third game in a row.

 Manchester United

Jose Mourinho has called on Phil Jones and Chris Smalling to make an early return to first-team action on Thursday with Marcos Rojo out for the remainder of the season. Neither were due back for a few more weeks so it seems unlikely either will feature.
Paul Pogba limped off in their 2-0 win over Burnley and Mourinho has confirmed the midfielder will not feature on Thursday with one eye on their Europa League semi-final next week. Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick are vying for his place.
Ander Herrera picked up an ankle injury against Burnley but Mourinho has confirmed he is fit to play. Antonio Valencia wasn't fit enough to play at the weekend but is also back for Thursday.
Anthony Martial impressed against Bournemouth but may be forced to settle with a place on the bench here. Marcus Rashford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan were rested in Sunday's 2-0 win over Burnley and both will return to the starting XI here. Zlatan Ibrahimovic won't feature again this season.

Prediction: DRAW

Alaves vs Eibar

Alaves (11th) can neither obtain a spot in the European competitions or get relegated so they are a team that is riding out the season. Though they have lost three of their last five games, at home, they have done well, with three wins and three draws in their last eight home games. Eibar (8th) are eight points behind 6th placed Real Sociedad for the last Europa League spot, and with losses in their last two games, it looks like they realises they have thrown their chance away to challenge for this spot.

 Alaves

Victor Laguardia has a knee problem for the home side, with Rodrigo Ely likely to continue at centre-back for Alaves.
Mauricio Pellegrino may choose to rotate heavily midweek, with the likes of Raul Garcia and Carlos Vigaray possibilities to deputise at full-back.
Daniel Torres could replace Manu Garcia in the centre of midfield, with Christian Santos and Edgar likely to start in attack.

 Eibar

Ivan Ramis, Gonzalo Escalante and Pedro Leon are all suspended for the away side.
Florian Lejeune is back after his own ban and should partner Alejandro Galvez at centre-back, with David Junca playing at left-back after Antonio Luna's injury against Athletic.
Bebe could come into the side on the right-hand side of midfield, with Cristian Rivera deputising for Escalante in central midfield.

Prediction: DRAW and UNDER 2.5

Sevilla vs Celta

Sevilla (4th) can go equal third and put themselves in the running for an automatic Champions League spot with a win here. Celta Vigo (10th) have nothing to play for in the Primera Liga but they do have the semi final of the Europa League next Thursday which will dominate their thinking. They have lost four of their last eight away games.

 Sevilla

Vitolo is sidelined with a muscle problem for the home side, which should see Pablo Sarabia deployed on the left-hand side.
Samir Nasri is still struggling to return to full fitness, which should mean that Vicente Iborra features in the centre of midfield.
Clement Lenglet will battle with Adil Rami for the chance to start at centre-back, while Ganso could be in line for more minutes after scoring twice against Granada.

 Celta Vigo

Eduardo Berizzo should use his first-choice team in La Liga once again, after being forced to juggle league and European commitments in recent weeks.
Marcelo Diaz misses out due to suspension for the away side, so Pablo Hernandez and Nemanja Radoja should anchor the midfield.
John Guidetti should be fit to start up top, with Claudio Beauvue also pushing for some minutes as a lone striker.

Prediction: Sevilla WIN and BTTS

Athletic Bilbao vs Real Betis

Betis managed to surprise away from home against Celta, but I don’t see them being that competitive twice in a row on the road, especially when knowing their record away from their own fans. Bilbao needs to get a victory here and I believe that the hosts will make it without being jeopardized in last phase of the match.

Athletic Bilbao

Ernesto Valverde has no fresh injury concerns to think about after his side's late win against Eibar.
Ander Iturraspe could be in line for yet another start in midfield, but Benat impressed off the bench at Ipurua.
Iker Muniain will continue to be deployed on the left-hand side of the attack, with Aritz Aduriz leading the line once again.

Real Betis

Jonas Martin and German Pezzella both return from suspension for the away side, with the latter expected to slot into the back three.
Alex Alegria could partner Joaquin up top, rather than Ruben Castro, as Victor Sanchez looks to keep his squad fresh.
Antonio Adan is an important doubt, after bruising his foot last week, but the ex-Real Madrid goalkeeper should start from the off.

Prediction: Athletic Bilbao WIN

AZ Alkmaar vs Twente

AZ and Twente are fighting for Europe, as they are on the last 2 places which lead to the EL playoffs, so they cannot afford to lose points. Their last 3 meetings have ended this way, but this outcome has generally been very common in their duels over the years. The match is important for both sides, so we shoould see an open game with chances on both sides.

 AZ Alkmaar

John van den Brom is expected to make minimal changes from last time out.

 Twente

Stefan Thesker and Sonny Stevens are the only players missing for René Hake's side.

Prediction: OVER 2.5 (BTTS)
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prediction ligue 1, france football league on: April 22, 2017, 03:06:24 PM
Caen vs Nantes

Caen is 16th with two points over Lorient, the team placed in the play-off relegation place. Tonight, Nantes get a draw against Marseille so it will be one more week out of the dangerous zone. Caen needs this so important three points. Nantes progressed a lot with Sérgio Conceição as coach. Now, they're in a confortable place. Nantes still have a fragile defense despite the good attack they show. I expect from them an openned game, offensive and tranquile.

 Caen

Pape Sané was fit enough for the bench last week, a good sign for a team that has sometimes lacked goals.
Romain Genevois was forced off through injury against Metz, and that should see Patrice Garande go back to his preferred 3-4-3 formation after experimenting with a 4-1-4-1 last weekend.

 Nantes

With Préjuce Nakoulma suspended, Yacine Bammou could get a start, although playing Felipe Pardo off a lone striker is also a possibility.
Abdoulaye Touré could start ahead of Valentin Rongier after the youngster was removed at the interval against Bordeaux last weekend.

Prediction: OVER 2.5

Lorient   vs   Metz

Although both sides need points. Lorient need them way more, as they are just a point away from escaping the relegation zone, after yesterday's draw of Nancy against Marseille. Metz have 5 points more, but they haven't been better at all lately. They have only 1 wn in the last 10 matches, losing most of them. The last duel between these two sides ended with amazing 6 goals, 3:3, where Metz snatched a point in the last 15 minutes, scoring 2 goals. Their duels have generally been very efficient over the years, as 4 from the last 5 have had at least 3 goals.

 Lorient

Pape Paye, Jérémie Aliadiere and Walid Mesloub remain absent through injury.
Sylvain Marveaux, whose good form has been key to Lorient's mini-revival, will miss up to three weeks with a hamstring injury.
Jimmy Cabot could get a rare start on the right flank for Bernard Casoni's charges.

 Metz

Benoit Assou-Ekotto remains suspended for this encounter as he continues to serve a three-match ban.
After rotating in midweek, Philippe Hinschberger should put out a full-strength XI as a win would all but see the visitors safe.
Renaud Cohade, Cheick Diabaté and Ismaila Sarr should all start after not being in the XI against Paris Saint-Germain in midweek.

Prediction: OVER 2.5

Dijon   vs   Angers

Dijon played well, as per usual, but suffered a gutting loss against Monaco last weekend; they will view this match, at home, against what looks to be a weakened Angers side as being of the utmost importance, as a visit from Nancy in a month's time looms large in the fight to stave off relegation.

 Dijon

Mehdi Abeid should come into defensive midfield after missing the loss to Monaco through suspension.
Kwon Chang-Hoon is in contention to return for this match, but a start would be a surprise for the January arrival.
Arnold Bouka Moutou looks set to keep his place at left-back after a decent outing against Monaco.

 Angers

Cheikh N'Doye is suspended, and his absence will be felt in midfield.
Angers feel they have a good chance to reach a cup final midweek against Guingamp, and Stéphane Moulin should make wholesale changes as a result; in addition to N'Doye's absence, the likes of Karl Toko Ekambi, Famara Diedhiou and Thomas Mangani are good bets to be rested.
Jamel Saihi or Mehdi Tahrat could start in defensive midfield, fitness pending, with Baptiste Santamaria pushed forward.

Prediction: Dijon   WIN

Paris Saint Germain   vs   Montpellier

PSG need to be wary of being caught looking ahead to their Coupe de France semi-final against Monaco in midweek; Montpellier's prowess on the break means they are the kind of side who could make things difficult for the hosts.

 Paris Saint Germain

Thiago Silva should return to the starting XI after missing several matches through injury.
Serge Aurier is expected to replace Thomas Meunier at right back, as the Ivorian has been given more playing time of late.
Midfielder Adrien Rabiot was in the stands against Metz in midweek with a reported tibia injury; his status for this match remains a doubt.
With Thiago Motta having played 90 minutes against Metz, that could see Marco Verratti drop into defensive midfield, with youngster Christopher Nkunku deployed in his place.

 Montpellier

Jonathan Ikoné, who has been superb since arriving in January, is ineligible due to the terms of his loan; Keagan Dolly should start in his stead on the left.
Daniel Congré will miss out through suspension; look for Lukas Pokorny to partner Hilton in central defense.

Prediction: OVER 2.5
