Another one bites the dust. This time GMX which was failed to withstand hackers. On 9th of July they managed to breach exchange security system and steal $42M. GMX recommendations for users: 1) "Disable leverage: this can be done by setting Vault.setIsLeverageEnabled(false) or, if Vault Timelock is used, by setting Timelock.setShouldToggleIsLeverageEnabled(false)" 2) "Set all maxUsdgAmounts to "1" by using Vault.setTokenConfig or Timelock.setTokenConfig, to prevent GLP minting" Isn't the better to use DEXs instead of CEXs? The answer seems to be obvious. It’s honestly getting hard to ignore the pattern: another centralized exchange (CEX) falls victim to a major hack, this time GMX losing $42 million. No matter how many security measures are promised, the risks keep surfacing. |

Please is long I'm trying to learn about crypto generally but I don't seem to understand most things as if am left out. I leant that even the crypto market is going against you can still make gain out of the situation because to me am only experiencing lost and depression. Please what do I do whenever the market is experiencing deepening? Is there a to reverse your trade or investment at that point that will make you gain instead of lost?

Bitshares is the way until something better comes along.
Same username and password works for Bitshares, OpenLedger and Cryptobridge. I think Peerplays too..
If it runs on top of the bitshares blockchain you can "move/ have access to your" funds between exchanges. Instead of BTC you trade for bitshares (BTS) and that allows you to buy crypto on OpenLedger, that might not be available on Cryptobridge, same goes for Bitshares exchange.
So no need to withdraw and deposit doge, btc between different exchanges. Just buy bitshares (BTS) and you use your same login and you have access anywhere

You need to put this information on the first post. Cause the nodes arent working properly. The .conf file has over 100 nodes and im only getting 3 active... sometimes 0 nodes. Any plans for listing on Cryptobridge? |

Doge = widely accepted even on the crappiest exchanges. As much as everyone claims to have low fees and fast conf times.. doge is the boss for them at this point
