Smart contracts marketplace built on the ethereum platform?
If your potential customer or target market can build smart contracts, why will they need to build it on Alethium platform? Can't they just build it directly on the Ethereum network?
The goal is to have a market place where buyers can purchase a smart contract in a trustless way. Just like any coder can write his own platform, but still lists it at CodeCanyon. Consider Alethium as a sort of Codecanyon for smart contracts. |

Misleading: it's a well established fact ethereum doesn't have dapps, it's centralized so it's just called apps
Anyone who raises money by calling ethereum decentralized, censorship resistant, or anything on it a dapp is committing fraud.
As far as I can tell, the project will become some sort of Ebay for smart contracts. The position of Eth in this matter seems irrelevant.Like said in my first post, the concept behind this seems okay. Many people are scouting the web for smart contract examples or scripts. |

Alethium is a place to buy and sell smart contracts.
With increasing user interest, Šapps will become more important in the near future.
Just like any popular service has a market, like code, design, software, music, ... Šapps need a market place as well.
Alethium will have a user friendly interface where buyers can sort, search and filter the contract they need or like, and buy it instantaneously using Ethereum or Alethium Tokens.INSTANT PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS
The Alethium platform will run on smart contract technology.
This means there is no human interaction needed for handling the payments.
When creating the listing, the seller will create a smart contract that includes all the details for the listing.
Once the listing has been created, all terms and agreements are written in code and can never be changed again.
This ensures direct payments, no delay for the buyer or seller, and a verified contract for the buyer.ESCROWING OPTIONS
The seller could opt for an escrow duration anywhere from 2h up to 7 days after the sale before money is transferred.
While using escrow, the buyer will only receive the contract bytecode for testing purposes only.
AUCTIONING OPTIONS
The Alethium contract will allow auction listings by basic principles of limited time and bidders.
Thanks to smart contract technology, the winning bidder will receive the contract.
All other participators will have there funds instantaneously instant refunded.
TOKEN USAGE & supply
Every listing will need some tokens in order to create the smart contract holding all the details.
To create a listing you can either use Ethereum or our own token, AlethiumToken.
AlethiumToken is a token created on top of the existing and proven Ethereum blockchain.
The grand total available of AlethiumTokens is limited to 150.000.000 tokens.
TOKEN DISTRIBUTION & COST
The Alethium Token will be available for purchase from your Ethereum wallet, on our website, and in a later stage at cryptocurrency exchanges.
If you send Ethereum to the Token distribution address, your Alethium Token will be available instantaneously.
At default rate, 1 Alethium Token will cost 0.000125 Ether.
To place a default listing on the Alethium network, 125 Alethium Tokens will be needed.
This equals about 0.85$ per listing.
TOKEN PRESALE & PRICING
The Alethium Token will be available for early investors as a presale token.
20% of the total supply will be reserved for this purpose. All remaining coins will flow back to the normal sales procedure after the presale ends.
The presale starts immediately and will continue until May 31, 00:00 GMT.
The presale price per Alethium Token is set at 0.0001 Ether per Alethium Token the first week.
After the second week, the price is set at 0.00011 Ether per Alethium Token.
The final week, the price will be set at 0.00012 Ether per Alethium Token.
