so i can't use my BTC in any way.

I just send some amount of BTC to my Wirex account.
it is appearing in  "Recent events" That i receave the amount.
but no thing appear in BTC balance (Showing 0 BTC).
PS: the transaction has been confirmed in BTC Block-chains
So after that i create a ticket to contact a wirex support I have 3 days. i& i don't hear response from them.
What should i do now?.

for this who create a wall on yobit at 150 you should create another at c-cex . or people will buy from c-cex and sell on  your wall at yobit.
