I still have coins at cryptopia, when I send them to coinexchange (new or old) or cryptobridge they don't arrive. Any suggestions someone?

Hello,

I tried to send my ltc (core) to another wallet (jaxx). I accidenlty did not send a transactionfee, because you manually have to add them. I have put many time in searching out what the possibilities are to get back my ltc. The following two options are possible if you ask me:

1. Ask a miner
2. A Child pays for parent transaction

But, where can I find/contact a ltc miner. And who can explain the child pays for parent transaction?
