I have purchased their MinerMaster Pro-C https://minermaster.com/product/minermaster/ Payment is by BTC or 2 other Crypto's only. Shipping is $150.00 which almost double's the cost. The unit was ordered and paid on the 10 of Dec 2018 and was received on 19th of Jan 2019. Happy with unit, all good and delivered on the performance metric's (cooling & noise reduction)

I then became aware of the immersion unit MinerMaster PRO-A+ immersion cooler https://minermaster.com/product/minermaster-pro-a-plus/ and placed an order on the 10th of February 2019 Order #2265. Unit not yet received. Have sent several message's and e-mail's to Minermaster which have gone UNANSWERED.

Would advise caution as they have not responded. Even if they have a valid excuse for the delay, there is no excuse for not responding in a timely manner to keep me informed.

What concerns me is I am unable to identify you as an individual or team, who owns the operation, what are your your backgrounds. It always unsettles me when I am unable to carry out due diligence. I did run a whois of your website domain but all the information that would identify an individual or ownership has been made private, that to me can often be a RED FLAG. Are there particular reasons that you have not identified yourself/team/ownership structure in any of your comms/social channels or have I totally missed that information?
