Tried the ViaBTC accelerator and it said Fee too low... which seems wrong, as it's 10 sat/byte or 0.0001 BTC/kB... strange... anyway, you mentioned that you tried to import your seed in Electrum. When you did this, did you click "Options" button on the seed input screen and select "BIP39 seed"??

By default, Electrum uses a "propriety" seed system... that isn't just a standard BIP39 seed

I believe I did try that but to no avail.

Include the tip for them since they'll be able to help you sort this out (in exchange for some fees):

1. macbook-air: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=16114
2. Quickseller: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=358020

I've shot them a message and waiting to hear back from them now.

First of all, you should learn from this experience that your fee per byte (10 sat/B) is extremely low and will probably never get confirmed.

Second, have you tried importing your private key into Blockchain.info? That's the hot wallet I use, and I haven't had a problem with them.

In the future, try between 150-200 sat/B when sending a payment. Good luck!

I've tried importing my private key into Blockchain.info but Coin.Space don't allow access to your private key - only the 12 word passphrase. I'm not sure how to properly derive the key from the passphrase.

This transaction of mine (2ddfe10728ba35f625bcfa375e97126c8593f2691b9db48f89cc26c02f1081a3) has remained in limbo, unconfirmed for several days now. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried waiting it out to no avail and so I saw you can override previous transactions by making the same payment but with a higher fee. This didn't work on my wallet (using CoinSpace, stupid idea in hindsight) and what's worse is I can't spend any of my other bitcoins until this one confirms. With the skies looking bleak and posts and articles around the internet of warnings of it never getting confirmed I've pretty much almost given up. Lesson learnt: don't go cranking the fee to the minimum.

My last attempt was to import my 12 word phrase into Electrum so I could override the old transaction, but that didn't work. So tried to convert it to the private key using some BIP32 and BIP39 tool from GitHub, but, lo-and-behold, it didn't work unfortunately. But I'm sure I'm doing something.

If anyone has any ideas or anything I can do sort this out I would be eternally grateful, and it might also include a tip. Smiley
