Better get your coin on the exchanges DEV .. at least before the other copies .. otherwise you will be left behind and we would have wasted our time and effort backing your project

Any update on the mining pool?

Also can we have a detailed analysis of how many coins have been pre-mined/mined/distributed ...

thank you

Yeah, I've been saying that for months now.
My readings are off the chart - sometimes 400 mhs, sometimes 600 mhs per L3.

HOWEVER, my earnings seem to be the best out there for renting L3s, has anyone found any more lucrative pool/solution?
Better than 0.0038 something daily?

0.0038 is quite good, my average at the moment is approx 0.0029 daily per machine.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Nicehash Issues on: October 21, 2017, 01:43:17 PM
I have quite a few miners connected to Nicehash, overall over past month or so everything has been fine or rather "acceptable". However today there seems to be an issue with their minng stats that don't make sense to me ...

I have Antminer L3+ miners connected, now each miner should be offering at least 500 MH/s ... if I access the miners GUI I am getting this reading on all mners (495-504 MH/s), my dashboard at Nicehash under detailed mining stats show quite a few miners at either very low hasrates or at 0 MH/s and then there are some that are showing 600-700 MH/s the total overall hashrate on the nicehash dashboard is approximtely 25% below what it should be.

Are there any other users having the same problem? .. this sarted after the daily payment 11am (UK Time)

why so little comments here, people invest in crap like paragon but not in something that has a future man..they like to lose money i see.

some of us are quietly investing so we can take full advantage of the discounted price Wink

I remember someone mentioning in this thread that they were using Hash-to-coins for mining alt coins using the L3+ ... I've been mining BCC through H2C since yesterday and although their dashboard says I should be making way more than just mining LTC .. I have yet to receive any payment/coins from them for past 20 hours of mining (approx 12GH of mining power) ... anyone else having issues with them??

Hash to coins? its in your balances.
first, set up your BCC wallet there.

then click balances, on your left near the green button, key in your PIN and click withdraw. it will be in your wallet.
easy

I know the procedure to withdraw from my account .. the problem is that there is nothing showing in the balances even after 20 hours of mining

Being in UK I work in GBP rather than USD

I have had my miners running properly now for 2 weeks continuous all of them are linked to nicehash, prior to yesterday the average earning was £1 per hour per miner over a 24 hour period ... therefore giving me a return of £24 per miner per day ...

However since yesterday each miner has averaged £0.65 per hour giving a daily return of £15.33 per day ... thats a drop of 35%!!!!! WTF!! ... I am aware that the price of Bitcoin has dropped (choice of payment for nicehash) .. however if you note the amount in BTC rather than the value of the BTC .. you will still note the same pattern:

Prior to yesterday Hourly earned per miner = 0.0003171 BTC = Daily earning = 0.0076104 BTC

current hourly earned per miner = 0.0002518 BTC = Daily earning = 0.0060432 BTC

This is not looking good!!!

I've had 12 miners stuck in China UPS for past week as well, after a number of emails to and fro between myself and UPS and myself and Bitmain .. the latest response from Bitmain is:

Thanks for your consultation!
Chinese customs is very strict with Antminers these days. We are preparing the new documents they required recently. We will do our best to make the packages be released as soon as we can. Sorry again for this situation.
Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.

looks like a whole shipment from last batch release has been held up.

That's unfortunate, I had some issues with my package and UPS but it still arrived within the window of shipping dates for the batch. I got mine in the last few days of the August 28th - Sept 11th batch, is yours still within the shipping date range of the batch?

No this batch that is on hold was from the earlier batch which should have been here by end of august ... I have had machines delivered without an issue from the august 28th -sept 11th batch as well.... Apparently the issue is with China as they have restrictions on exporting of certain items and if paperwork is not 100% then they can apparently hold the shipment ... the proper pisstake in all this is that I have already paid the customs duty to UPS for this shipment as they pre-bill you prior to it even reaching the UK so that they don't have any "hold-ups" at this end.

Questions and Answers

1) Can you just clarify what you mean by "premine"?

Premine is the amount of coins obtained my mining first block. For Likecoin, premine is 37 % of 1 Billion otherwise 370 Millions

2) Are you classing premine as the facebook/social media bounty only?

No, Premine includes all the coins for bounty, promotion activities  and for development activities.

3) Are you classing premine as actual coins mined by users using various mining methods?

No, that is different.  Total coins circulating now including premine is 484 Millions.

4) Can you actually give us a breakdown of exactly how much has been distributed using bounty method and how much has actually been mined?

From the premine of 370 Million around 80 Million (21.6%) is distributed to members, for various development activities and for promotion in different countries

Thanks for the details info dev... from what you say it means about 404 million coins have already been mined by miners ... which if continues at current rate all 1 billion coins will have been in circulation before the 50% premine target (370 million) is reached .

370 million coins set aside for "premine" - to be distributed among developers/bounties etc...
80 million of premine (370 million) already distributed (21.6% approx)
630 million coins left for miners to mine.
404 million of 630 million already mined (64% approx)

20 % for premine is distributed, after completing 50 % we can go for exchanges.

You can check the distribution status to facebook members here.

Can you just clarify what you mean by "premine"?

Are you classing premine as actual coins mined by users using various mining methods?

Or are you combining both of the above to get your premine amount?

Can you actually give us a breakdown of exactly how much has been distributed using bounty method and how much has actually been mined?

thank you

can we have a reply to the above quoted post please Jijothomas?

sent a question to nicehash about the drop in earnings and got the following reply from them:

Quote
Hi
You are selling hash power and the market for your hash power is defined by what people are willing to pay for it and not what bitcoin itself is worth.
For example, there is a lot more miners that there was 3 months ago.

That means, there is more miners that want "a peace of crypto's pie" and so you get smaller "pieces".

On the other side you have buyers that are not willing to pay higher BTC prices for hashing power.

Please keep in mind that NiceHash is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of hashing power - we do not set prices.

If you had read my post properly you would have realised that I was stating FACTS my intentions were in no way to make anyone envious ... I was not stating any predictions from calculators as I no longer use them since I have had my machines connected, the DASHBOARD PROFITIBILITY PROJECTION in NiceHAsh has to date been spot on, for those that have machines linked with them will probably agree with me that what they predict you will get paid in the following 24 hour period is almost 95% accurate everyday. I was working out my figures on that projected amount that was showing on the dashboard after yesterdays payout at 11am (UK Time). The daily profitibility of what I was getting for my machines (0.14-0.16) is a fact also ... now if you want to divide that by 16 and give users the payout of 1 machine for comparison then that is upto you ... but tbh I was more pissed off with what I was losing in form of income with whatever is happening with NiceHash to really care about individual machines.

I have just checked the dashboard/statistics and now it is showing that profitibilty should be 0.11-0.12 BTC so something must have changed over the past 12 hours, also I was noting that I was getting excessive speed rejection, at one point in the EFFICIENCY box it was reading 62% accepted 38% rejected ... which is rediculous my miners have always been between 98.5% and 100% except for this stint yesterday.

I am just wondering if they are having issues with reporting ... if so would be nice of them to notify the users, personally if it continues like this I will probably move over to prohashing.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: August 25, 2017, 08:20:23 PM
anyone else notice a sharp drop in nicehash profitibilty today for scrypt mining? My dashboard is showing a drop of 50% ... this is crazy!!

The nicehash profit calculator still reports profits of $1600/mo for one L3+ which is twice it's actual profits ($800/mo).

Has something happened to nicehash? You're not the first to report this today.

I have 16 L3+ machines connected to nicehash ... was getting profitibility of 0.14-0.16 bitcoin per day ... which was pretty much what was predicted on the dashboard, since the payout this morning my expected  profitibilty shows as 0.08-0.10 bitcoin for the next 24 hours no change with machines etc .. Hash speeds are between 7500 - 8300 (total of 16 machines).
