Maybe you heard about the project calledTokencard? It is a debit card. (http://tokencard.io)
The team is developing a card which enables online payments, PoS transactions and ATM withdrawals. The Bitcoin is automatically transferred into dollars, on the value of the actual Bitcoin price. I believe they had their ICO a few days ago.

Whatever; I don't believe that there is a change that we will see a big player on the financial market introducing a creditcard of Bitcoin in the near future. I don't think Financial institutions are dying to create a creditcard like that- at least, for the time being.  Roll Eyes For the past years banks are getting more and more familiar with Bitcoin. Furthermore, I question the expectation that risk of people not paying back with bitcoin credit is higher than people with regular VISA/Mastercards. The blockchain improves this transparency. Hope we will see something like this in the future, because it is quiet interesting....  Grin
