Can we mine Bitcoincash in this pool ?

It's amazing to see people buying in December from Inno and have received miners already. So many report from all the way back to July of people not receiving shipments yet. I don't know what the think anymore. Sucks they don't communicate via my emails after sending payment.
I ordered in Chinese region. It is local delivery. Got it within 2 weeks. The case is different for international shipments.

What was you order date for your miners? Have you updated the firmware ? They have released few versions recently. I do know people are having trouble with the latest due to the root passwords being changed. Maybe this thread can help https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2549898I bought this only on December from Innosilicon. Received it on December 13th. I did the firmware update few days ago after getting the email from innosilicon regarding the new firmware. Thanks for your suggestion.

I got my miner last week and mining since then. For first few days everything was going good. All of a sudden the 4th chain went down. After unplugging the cables and re-plugged with reboot, the 4th chain(asc3) showed up mining. Again after 2 day of mining, the 4th went down. Does any one got solutions for this issue ? Is it an issue from pool config ?

A while ago, i could get the payment page but it hangs in there. Couldn't complete. Now says no stock during checkout. if they limit 2 per person, it should last at least 30mins

Received reply from Ebit sales team. They need 100 units as minimum order . We all need to stick together to break this monopoly. There is no fair trade happening with Chinese manufacturers. They are a private company and they can do whatever they want with their products. Like someone said , a group buy would solve this problem. My only concern is regarding the quality of these products. Do they worth those high prices? Of course, It is is not worth for that money. Irrespective of hardware quality, ROI will become a big question. Bitcoin price wont be going up all the time.

I made few transactions from my personal Leupay account to Kraken account in this month. I had no issues with the transfers. I was sending around more than 10k each time. I have crosses the monthly limit of 30k euro by now and waiting for next month . I did made few transfers to Bitstamp and Rocktrading earlier. Everything went fine. For how long have you been using LeuPay for money transfers to Exchanges? I've recently opened an account for the same purpose but after finding this post I'm a little affraid of sending anything as big as 10k eur. I am using them for past 8 months.

Wiring funds to a company is not possible from India. There are restrictions that applies for outward remittances that a person can do. You are limited to certain purposes. Only if you mention Okcoin or bitstamp as educational institution, you can complete the transfer. Doing so may lead to serious charges if found. You can't do continuous transfers to abroad because that will bring RBI and income tax dept's eye on your account. Better find some trust worthy person who sells btc or use local exchanges.

Oh my god. This is the very worst kind of customer support i experienced so far among exchanges. They put the money on hold, made me wait..., wait...., wait...., and again wait.... In 2 weeks, received only 3 general replies only with just excuses, explanations, and no solution. Holding my deposit of 4000€ for 2 weeks is really unacceptable. They just replied now that refund process will take 5 days to complete. There were already 2 'five days' gone in the past 2 weeks. How can they treat their own customers with such unfair trade practices.

If there is a mistake on the deposit, you should not take that as a chance to hold and make use of the funds by holding it without solving the case. This is not the right way to treat the customers who send their funds by trust on you. Really unethical. Almost 10 days. Got only 2 replies that just says to wait. Making a refund won't take this longer. If this keeps happening, you will loose customers just because of your bad support service. You can't give the statement 'too much of request' as an excuse. it is all about funds. You can't hold our funds these longer in the case of some mistakes. Of course more number of users need more number of staffs. You can't troll over here with same excuses forever.

I got the same problem. Made a SEPA transfer and waiting for 6 days to get credited. No one is responding to the tickets. Really worried and frustrated. Ticket no 35018.
