I tried viabtc but did not work (too many requests). How did you manage to submit it? is it just a question of luck or there is something special to do?

I successfully submitted your transaction to the viabtc accelerator. The viabtc mining pool will confirm it in the next block it mines if no other pool confirms it before then.

That would probably get it confirmed fastest, but it depends on what wallet software you are using? Does your wallet contain this address 12o9waRCtHcTqELY5ryvr3c4jJh4y2a6mG that was sent 0.3739454 BTC in your transaction? If it does then it might be able to do a child pays for parent transaction.
There is an alternative to the free viabtc transaction accelerator in this quote. The two users mentioned have access to the f2pool mining pool, and can get it to confirm transactions for a fee.
