I think there no right age to start crypto exchange because if you are 17th years, you can start a crypto exchange business and you need another person to help you.
But if you only want to buy crypto, then I suggest you buy bitcoin as the investment and don't think about the other coins. But it will good if you can buy another altcoin for the second investment.

As long as you can get the lower price to buy and sell when it increases, then you can make the profit. But if you hold the coins without knowing about the trend, then you will lose your money if you sell. You need to learn more about buy and sell in many sources and try to register in one exchange like Binance, Bittrex, or else.

Age doesn't matter bro wherein just stay away only  on some site that need kyc.  Lol  actually it's not necessarily in my opinion  .as long you understand the concept in order to become profitable with crypto you are welcome every time. But of course educate yourself more to enhance your mind set because being confident is useless on this business.

There is no age that is not right to start a business provided you are matured enough to know what the business is all about.
The most important thing s to fully have the knowledge of the crypto currency industry and how it operates, once you are fully aware of this, then you are good to go but I will advise anyone below the age of 12 to get their parents or guidance involve but still have full control of the business.

Also for a novice, I will advise you jettison that Idea for a more easy business till you fully understand how crypto exchanges work which requires lots of knowledge,  you can start by pattering with some of these existing ones around you to really learn about it.

         Crypto transactions have no age restriction. That's good news for you. But age helps you because experience in this business helps you. You must be prepared for this "bussiness". Investments in cryptomonades are long-term investments. In conclusion, you do not have to invest more money than you can afford to lose. For the rest, only your trader's skills matter.

There is no ideal particular age to start any business. The earlier the better. I believe in ten thousands hours theory, so you will be a professional (even like a businessman) only after 10000 effective hours of working on the thing you want to be perfect at.

you can start at any age but you have to refine your skills, first of all you have to read a lot on the subject, then you have to study the trends through the candles, find an exchange with which you feel comfortable, start with small transactions until you get to trading with leverage , scalping and arbitrage

As long as you have the capital for it then you can start it immediately. Waiting for so much time or answers here will not get you anywhere.
It is your decision and you must have already gave a lot of thought about it or it will just be a waste of money instead.

There are not too many exchange by now. Maybe yours could be better if you can get the charisma of investors and traders.

Start to find relationships in crypto, like experienced people. Please invest or trade in small quantities first. My advice is to find people who are experienced, and offer business to them. (search around your area)

Do you want to make the exchanger site? or do you just want to be a trader playing on the exchanger? if you want to make an exchanger, then all you have to do is form a team first to develop your project. then the funds needed to build your project. if everything is ready, anytime you can start it.

Crypto exchange business is a tough business that requires too many stuff. From development to features to graphics to design to marketing to security. People with millions of dollars invested into it with a huge team still could fail at it and they do, look at places like kraken and poloniex that used to be something but now failing horribly and they are huge business' that fail.

Hence, if you want to start your own exchange at a young age know that it is quite hard to break into that business and almost impossible to make profit while running it as a one man operation. You would need experts of all topics mentioned above and you  would need a lot of capital to do your own marketing as well. If you do not posses the capital and man power for any of that I would suggest not to bother with it.

Although I don't start any business now, I think the first thing you need has a team to work together with you because it's impossible to work by yourself alone. You need to delegate to them, who will be in charge to be a person who will do marketing promotion, who will be responsible with the security of the website, and something like that. You need to determine what pair you want to use to trade, how the site it looks.

Do your research so you can understand how the exchange works, don't forget to make your exchange legal by contacting your lawyer or institution in your country so you can get protection from them. Determine how much money you want to use to build your exchange website and make a record for each expense that you spend so you can know how much money you still have. Besides money, you should know about the risk to build a website especially if you want to start an exchange website. The most important is you know how you can protect your customer aka traders that are trading in your exchange, so you need to hire someone to handle the security.

And when everything is set up, then I think you can ask some people to do a trading test in your exchange, and you can ask them to gives a review with the website so you can know where part you need to fix or maintain. By doing this, you can get a better result, and when the time is ready, you can announce to the public that your website is ready to start as a new exchange.
