By year 4 neocoins (now ANC) will reach total coin supply of 50 million, assuming a 5$ billion cap by then that would make neocoins 100$, within 22 years it will finally hit its total supply of 100 million neocoins. So yes the first year total supply of 16 million is very low and it should skyrocket as more great news about NEO in China is released.
