What's the details on the "Q3 2018 Token Sale Phase 2" in the roadmap?  Is this going to dilute the value of existing tokens?

So the token needs to increase in value by 130% just to break even.

Anyone know what the rewards are for running a node?  Like 2500 TNT gets you like 8 TNT a month or something?

I was just looking into this coin and reading your comments.  There is an exchange at coinpayindia.com.  I know nothing of this coin or this exchange so don't assume that the exchange is legit.  Do your due diligence.

It will be very telling to see how many of the 11 billion dollars in tokens are required by the Jamaican stock exchange.  That will give us an idea of how soon that uncirculated supply will reach a reasonable level.  Will it be equal to an hour of volume on the exchange?  A day?  The market cap?  We don't currently know.  If it's the market cap then VERI will be worth more than a bitcoin by the end of this year.  If it's one hour's volume then VERI is already way over valued.  It would be awesome is Reggie could give us an example of how much a theoretical entity would use however that may be a problem both in negotiations and in certain product placement issues that he is always careful to identify.

Exactly, it's already almost back down to where it was.  Just means we have more time to accumulative something that will explode in value.

A lot of people are holding their ETH for early September ICOs and this ICO will not be done until mid-September so I think we've seen most of the purchasing that will occur.  Also, most of the buying happened in the first day, it hasn't risen that fast since.  This all makes me happy since the marketcap of in-circulation coins could be very small.  Then as the announced partnerships develop it will moon.

I saw where someone said that their first distribution was about $0.28 per token and that at that time TAAS was $2.80.  And it sounds like distributions are every 3 months.  So that was a 10% distribution for a 3 months period? AKA 3.3% per month or 0.11% per day?



Also, since TAAS is now $4.50 then the earnings of the fund managers would have to increase over 50% to maintain even that level of return.  Does this sound correct?

All I see are comments about swaps and masternodes.  What do we know about the developers?  I don't see much of anything on their site and the site for their old coin isn't any better.  Sorry but this looks like a scam to try and become part of the pump going on right now in the market.  As for people who might call me a troll this is just due diligence.

Apparently they had to change the contract address for the tokens after the ICO because the escrow company changed it?  Sounds odd.  Maybe that happens and I don't know it, but it makes me wonder.

Who is Stephen Williams?  What has he done before?  What do we know of any accomplishments?  Why haven't we heard from him since the debacle?  How do we know that he is going to actually create Populous or that he even has the skills to?

Is his team really as small as what is on the website?  How could they pull this off?  Are they hiring?  No news to answer this valid concern.

And the warning video by "Silver is the Antidote" sounded sincere.  Many are blaming him for killing PPT but he explained in his video that he did most of what he is vilified for doing.  And that is that he did a lot of work helping people in relation to PPT and he asked for a very large bounty.  Call that what you will but he fully admitted that.  So either he's honest, or he's a good liar and a very bad crook.  And during that video he talked about how he was in the Slack channel and Williams comes in desperate trying to get a buyer for a huge amount of PPT being dropped by a whale.  If true, why did Williams know the whale?  Were they some sort of necessary investor?   That said, he did delete all his YouTube videos and his Twitter.  So maybe he is a crook, who knows.  But what did he stand to gain?  What was his motive in dropping the price?  To purchase low?  Revenge?  Seams flimsy.

That said, populous is a great idea.  If it goes through then this token will make the hodlers very wealthy.  I'm not trying to scare people out, I still have 12% of my small portfolio in PPT.  I just think that concern is more than valid.


Edit:  Now their Indeed.com profiles are gone too.  You can still see William's picture but the other three have removed their pictures and none of them are accessible.  I'm lowering my stake more.  If PPT turns out to be a success I'm going to cry like a little b**** but man, shadiness is in full effect.

Someone repeatedly bought 0.001 NET for .004 ETH, effectively selling NET for 4x the price of ETH.  This apparently tricked CoinMarketCap and, averaged with other transactions, this led to the price we see on CMC.  I imagine that the individual knew exactly what they were doing, drawing attention to the project.

Except that he has not contributed since 2013.  There are only two contributors since then.  One of them is some guy who made 5 commits yesterday (long after the hype began) and the rest are from the GitHub ChainCoin account itself.  The changes done by the ChainCoin account are mostly secretarial in nature.  The five changes made by Harris Brakmić may have some relevance but again it's five changes that were made just yesterday.  The only way this coin continues to flourish is if the buying draws developers to support this project.

I do wish they'd provided some direction in their white paper.  However the connection to Streemio is a big part of what drew me.  Very few ICOs have a connection to an existing product let alone a popular one.  And, unlike many of it's competitors, Streemio does not allow pirated content.  This could allow them to build strong relationships with their content providers and have longevity which can equal a quality level that pirate sites can not provide.  Advertising on Streemio seems like a no brainer.  I'm hoping that this is where they are going.
