1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / [PRE-ANN] 2FA - Securing everything on: February 03, 2018, 12:45:12 AM

Introduction

Everyday we hear in the news that people are loosing their crypto currency, either through lost seeds generated on a wrong website or a trojanor is stealing the coins or sending them to a different address.
the current security implementations in the crypto currency environment are not sufficient:
You encrypt your wallet with a key and genereate a seed to backup your wallet. This means all your money are only secured from a key or seed, which is not a really secure mechanism.  Everything is depending on a single key/seed.

The idea with 2FA is that you have a 2FA Token mechanism to secure every Crypto Currency action and authenticate every transaction.

As you know, it's possible that you loose your seed, or someone graps your key/seed. But imagine, you have 2FA active and it wouldn't be possible to perform any transactions / withdrawal  without approving it via 2FA. You perform a transaction and it will only be performed if a  2FA token functionality is performed.

This kind of technology could be implemented like a multisignature wallet. If you perform a transaction the second signature would be automatically perfomed, when you approve the transaction via a 2FA Token mechanism. Or via a 2FA sidechain which is coppled to the mainchain, the transaction is only performed when a token entered on the sidechain which coppled to the mainchain. The 2FA chain can be used with all currencies which can provide the atomic swap functionality and therefore interact with other chains.

For the case you lost your 2FA it could be reassemblied via a automatic digital ID verification, but without keeping your personal information stored in the decentral network. All information would be hashed and stored in this way on 2FA network.

With Crypto Currency you are your own bank. 2FA would help the user to secure his coins at the same security level as standard banking.

This pre-announcement is merely just the beginning of a long path, the stepping 2FA for a great advance in an already amazing pre-existing technology.

Donators will be noted in a database & published, your assistance will not go unnoticed and will help to spread the idea to provide additional security to Crypto Currency.

without "proof-of-identity" it is not possible to distribute the Coin completely fair....
I believe Jumio  charges 8$ per ID verification. This fee can be paid back inform of Stone coins to the users. The process for the verification is automated via camara and id card..

If you want to avoid that a single person creates several accounts / wallets to get more than one airdrop, then you need  proof-of-identity.
For example Jumio provides this proof-of-identity service...

Distribution

As expressed by a few supporters we have come to the result that we would like to see a substantial plan ahead, which will persist as follows;

30% donators (ending shortly - exact date yet to be announced)
32.5% Airdrop to BTC holders
22.5% Airdrop to existing XRB holders.

10% Givaway (Thread Posters/Twitter Enhancers)
5% Development fund

I wouldnt perform so high Airdrop, since the BTC and XRB or other coin users might be not interested in this coin and just dump it therefore...

Byteball Bytes (GBYTE) gehört auch noch dazu. Wink

Regarding the discussion about the Coin Supply. The current supply is 1,000,000 GBYTE which is not high in my point of view.

You can not multiple the current supply with billion and say we have 1,000,000,000,000,000 Bytes as supply. As this is not usable due to the fees per transfer (583 Bytes per usual transfer)

Recently i have tested the wallet and made some micro (1 byte) and small (1,250,000 = 1$) transactions.
I have paid 588 Bytes fee per transfer which equals to 0,0004664 $   (800$ per GByte / 1,000,000,000 x 583 fee)

If we assume that highest reasonable fee is 0,01 Cent. Then Gbyte should maximally rise with factor 21. The maximum price for 1 GByte would be then 16800$ per GByte

Great Idea, but Stone is not the first DAG with anonyme transactions. There is already Byteball (Gbyte) with this functionality since two years on the market...
Please correct the picture in your first post, as this is false marketing.
