This was a trade that was facilitated else where with Tuck on seals with clubs. We were posting this here for a written record instead of chatroom agreement.

Appreciate the concern guys but I will be alright. If someone is going to scam me for $15 they should just ask first.

My mistake!

Pastebin.com down?

You should kick around and read the forums for awhile before you assume everyone here is an idiot.

Scammer

The moment I lurked here my first day, I could just smell conman-vacuum. As soon as BTC blew up, I bet there was a literal flood of people here, alot of which I am sure intended to get free currency.

Emailed you twice, once yesterday.

Took awhile to receive a response, but good service, I ended up buying some of his  BTC for LTC - its nice that he speaks decent English.

He was patient with my intense caution and understanding, and willing to send first. He sent me 0.2 Bitcoin more than what I paid for aswll.

Only problem is the waiting time for communication - he took more time than I have come to expect.

No such thing happened.

I sent no more than two emails to you, ceasing communication when you were unwilling to escrow and demanded I send first.

10  Economy / Currency exchange / Looking to buy BTC with PPUSD - Escrow ONLY! on: April 17, 2013, 02:21:08 AM
Hello denizens of Bitcointalk!

I will be setting up a bank account next week which will allow me to buy directly from btcquick.com, but until then I am stuck using Paypal, and I would really like to buy two or three before the price goes up, if it is destined to.

I hope we can work something out using an escrow, do not contact me unless you are willing to escrow, have good reputation from user's on this forum from recent trades, or pay up front.

I neglected to mention that I am willing to send first if you have good reputation.

Thanks for reading ladies and gentle's, I hope we can trade safely and fairly.

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Need help regarding BTC purchase options for Canadians on: April 15, 2013, 09:03:27 PM
Thank you for reading!

I am currently a resident of Canada, and what I learned quickly is my options for buying Bitcoin are very limited.

So, I hoped one of the experts here would be willing to drop me a line of advice.

I have a bank account at ING Direct.

Would you list me some good exchanges that are Viable for a Canuck?

Thanks so much for the assistance fellows!

18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well priced bitcoins - legit? on: April 15, 2013, 05:38:28 PM
Wow....feels like I am on GLP.com right now.

ITT: Demonstration of how stupid some people out there are, and how stupid people think others are as stupid or stupider than they are.

You really should have used a different name if you planned to feign disassociation with that scam-site.

20  Other / Beginners & Help / Hello! Any chance I could be directed to reputable escrow? on: April 14, 2013, 11:34:52 PM
Hello everyone, short-term lurker here.

I am interested in buying a small amount of BTC, and am wary of scammers.

Therefore, I ask you newbie-helpers and friends to point me to reputable escrows, and someone willing to sell less than 1.0 BTC.
