So I did this transaction 3 days ago with very low fees (wasn't aware of the unconfirmed tx problem):

Now I have $200 + $20 I got from somewhere else for the extra fees. So I try to send to the same address again, same amount, but obviously this time with a higher fee right? So now I'm at $0 in my account. So at first after sending the transaction it's fine for a bit.. then next thing you know it's claiming it's a double spend and hasn't been confirmed yet

If it helps, as soon as I sent the payment I put the txid into the viabtc accelerator and it said acc. succeeded.
So I have three questions..
1) Will I regain access to my account?
2) Will I see my money back ever again?
3) How long will all of this mess take to clear up? 72 hours? Thanks
