1  Other / Off-topic / Graphic designer wanted --> Youtube Intro on: December 03, 2017, 02:41:32 AM
Hi guys,
I'm looking for a graphic designer who can create an intro for my youtube channel for me.
If you have the necessary skills or if you know someone who does, please feel free to comment.
I know already what I want but I just need someone who can transform my idea to reality.
You'll be paid in crypto for your work of course!

Here's the description of the project::
I want a 10 second video sequence for the beginning of my 4K Youtube videos. I'll first say what the video is about, then the sequence will appear and then it'll dissappear and the video will go on.

1) The appearance/start should be a single line that comes up from the bottom and ends in a point which will later spread around the whole screen creating more and more nodes and lines until the screen turns completely white. This should take 3 seconds. This starts while my video is displayed so I will dissappear behind all the lines and dots.
Here's an example how I imagine a dark line appearing at the bottom of the video. See the first 2 seconds of this:

The line and dots should evolve in a pattern similar to this:
https://videohive.net/item/digital-world-logo/12692425 (Digital World Logo)
https://videohive.net/item/strings-logo-reveal/18812812 (Strings logo reveal)
And they should spread around the screen and become more and more until it turns completely white.

2) After the screen turned completely white, my Logo should appear in the same style. A dot and a line which will expand to more dots and lines that create a skeletton of my logo. This should take 2 seconds.
Here's a video explaining what I mean :
https://videohive.net/item/point-and-line-logo/19853844 (Point and Line Logo)

3) When my logo was fully "created" the colors should appear in the logo and the word Lumining appears at the same time beside it. Appearing should take 1 second and then the image showing the logo and name stands still for another second.

4) To end the sequence, I'd like to have the same animation as in the appearance just backwards and faster.
2  Other / Off-topic / What do you think about my logo? on: November 10, 2017, 12:39:22 AM
Hi guys,
I created a new logo for my account and I want to know what you think about it?
Is it a good/memorable logo or would you change some stuff or change it completely?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Overclocking with batchfile on: November 04, 2017, 02:24:04 AM
I want to overclock my RX 480 cards with the .bat file instead of using MSI Afterburner. I have several problems with Afterburner because I use the mining drivers and because I have 2 different GPU brands in my rig (2 XFX GTR with standard core clock 1388 and Powercolor Red Devil with standard core clock 1288) and the rig crashes when I OC different cards.
I found out that you can OC your GPU via the .bat file with this code:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal ETHEREUM_WALLET.WORKER_NAME -epsw x -tstop 85 -tt 65 -fanmin 60 -fanmax 100 -cclock 1200 -mclock 2250 -cvddc 850 -mvddc 850

I wonder if it's possible to set different overclocks for each card in the .bat file? Is there a guide on using the .bat file overclocking somewhere?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / No signal from PCIe risers on: November 03, 2017, 03:27:14 PM
Hi,
I made a Cmos reset of my motherboard (AsRock H81 Pro BTC) and since then, my miner doesn't recognize the GPU's anymore.
I changed PCIe speed to Gen1 and tried with 1 riser connected to the x16 slot. The miner did power up but there was no signal on the screen, mouse and keyboard were not working. Without a riser plugged in, the PC works perfectly fine and boots without problems.

How can I fix this problem?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Flash Bios with PCIe risers on: November 03, 2017, 12:55:28 AM
Hello mining community,
I want to flash the original Bios back on my RX480s and I wonder if I can do this with the GPU connected to the motherboard via the riser cable (from GPU connected to the x16 lane) or do I need to plug the GPU directly in the 16x lane to be able to flash the Bios?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Blockchain driver installation fail & error 31 on: October 10, 2017, 07:08:27 PM
I uninstalled the drivers of my 6 GPUs with DDU and now I have 6 Microsoft Basic Display Adapters in device manager and all of them show error 31:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.

What should I do now? Note: All my cards are Bios modded.

I tried to install the blockchain drivers but amd installer doesn't detect any hardware and when installing the latest AMD driver for RX480, the installation stops in the middle of the process.
Since the last restart, device manager only recognizes 5 Microsoft Basic Display Adapters. I switched the Pcie cables and detected that the problem is with the GPU, it regognized 6 cards some hours ago and since my try to install drivers, only 5 devices are left.
Can someone help me to fix my problem please?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / RX 480 Setup for highest Hashrate on: October 06, 2017, 12:49:40 PM
Hello mining community,
I have a mining rig with 6 RX480s and I want to get the highest hashrate I can get.
My cards are:
2 XFX RX480 GTR 8GB
4 Powercolor RX480 Red Devil 8GB
I have Bios modded the cards and the rig got a hashrate of 165 Mh/s on Ethereum. MSI Afterburner doesn't want to start since the cards are Bios modded (no clue what I did wrong to cause that issue). My Drivers version is currently 16.9.2.

Now my question is:
Should I reinstall the original Bios and install the new mining driver beta from AMD and overclock the cards
or
Should I keep the modded Bios and try if the mining driver work?

I switched from ETH to ETC yesterday and my hashrate dropped from 165 Mh/s to 135 Mh/s and I hope to get back to my usual hashrate or even more with overclocking and new drivers but I'm not shure how the Bios mod reacts to this.

Dear Bitcointalk community,
we all love Bitcoin because it has some great features, but what will happen when another cryptocurrency will be used as much as Bitcoin? Mainly because it has all the things Bitcoin offers but better?
I wrote an article about this idea on Steemit and I would like to hear the opinion of some Bitcoinveterans.
Please tell me what you think and don't hold back your criticism.
