With the Bitcoin-Cash upgrade happening tomorrow, are there any teams that have prepped an asset creation or utility for the smart contract protocol yet?
I'm sure there's teams with a finished product, waiting for tomorrow. I am curious what platforms or utilities will be the first to use the Smart-Contract ability on Bitcoin-Cash.

This is going to be a huge performance increase for the Bitcoin-Cash network. From 8mb blocks to 32mb blocks, and reactivating OP_Codes that will enable smart-contracts on chain.
This will effectively 4x the potential transactions in a block, enable asset creation, and give way to more micro-transactions.
It's going to be very exciting to see what happens.

It's getting way too much attention for how shady it is.
You people do know it was created by banksters right?
You do realize, it's one of the most responsibly manipulated assets in the crypto scene right?
You people realize we are trying to get away from banksters influence, right?
Or are you all so drawn in by easy money, you disregard your morals and values?
Disgusting.

Just curious. Is there anything about the Lrya2REV2 algo that makes dual mining out of the question ?
Has anyone tested playing with intensities while running Lyra & another algorithms to achieve a more efficient yield ?

Seems like something changed in the middle of this year, that held constant since. https://i.imgur.com/Nk7LSw2.pngNot sure how I feel about this, If it stays like so. Although the volume is not that different that something previously managed, the costs are far out of line compared to other times when similar volume was handled.

Hate to be a pain, But that's exactly what finding an ideal node, on the ideal network, for VTC can be. It seems that share difficulty on a lot of nodes has skyrocketed. And I really don't wana go on a scavenger hunt right now to replace my current host node. So simply, If anyone here is mining VTC with 1gh/s or less, and is getting shares on nodes regularly, chime in. Thanks ! Hash on!

Going to be some big difficulty fluctuations. Will be interesting to see if prices follow or not. Could be a great time to fill a few bags.

Hello, I had an Idea.
What if big governments did their voting with blockchains?
This could stand to remove a lot of corruption in the voting/polling system given it is done correctly.
Could this be a key to governments with more integrity?

Do you think people will move to an Altcoin during the Fork, causing a high demand? Or just stay in BTC during the fork?

Over the duration of the week, I sold something, and initiated the transfer to my bank from paypal.
It said "ETA 1 Business Day"" And here we are on day 3.
So I guess, even with the consistently congested block-chain, Bitcoin beats Paypal all day.
Any TX with a proper fee will be "Fully cleared" within an hour or two.
At least you can view your transactions progress with a block explorer with BTC.
Fuck you paypal gimmie my money.

So 5 days ago I initiated a TX, both wallets are in my control, And put a low TX fee. Yesterday, It stopped showing up on blockchain.info explorer, so I Tried to re-index my sending wallet, and spend it again. After Re-indexing it, I tried to send it with a way higher TX fee, This did not work. Some explorers reflect the Original TXID as still unconfirmed, and blockchain Info doesn't acknowledge it at all. No chain explorer acknowledges the 2ed TX I tried to send out. TXID: c2f39bb9c8b512a1e51acd710da04442b718df04d4bef614a404434d3b172138 https://btc.com/c2f39bb9c8b512a1e51acd710da04442b718df04d4bef614a404434d3b172138If anyone gets this confirmed within 2 hours, Ill send them $5/btc Edit: Solved. Thanks everyone.

So it all started on the 17th, I initiated a TXID with a very low fee, and I assumed it got rejected this morning because it was no longer on Blockchain.info
Then I found the TXID on another explorer, and it seems my other attempts at recovering the coins has done nothing.
If anyone could help me confirm TXID c2f39bb9c8b512a1e51acd710da04442b718df04d4bef614a404434d3b172138 I would be so grateful.
I am also willing to reimburse anyone who accelerates this enough to get confirmations within 2 hours with DOUBLE whatever they use on accelerating it.
