На данный момент я предлагаю такие опции для настройки и генерации смарт контракта:
- Имя и символ
- Адрес владельца
- Количество поставляемых Долей
- Часть Долей для команды (может быть заморожена)
- Часть долей для Баунти и Советников (всегда должны быть распределены сразу после продажи Долей)
- Начальная дата продажи Долей
- Конечная дата продажи Долей
- Период заморозки для командной доли
- Курс (цена) продажи Доли
- Периоды во время продажи Долей, когда определены разные курсы (цены) (установить временные метки и курсы)
- Максимальный объем Долей согласно запланированным задачам (опционально). Если да, то:
- Разрешать или нет принимать Эфир для покупки Долей сверх максимального количества. Если принимать, то:
- Определить период во время которого автор идеи и его команда должны осуществить дополнительное планирование для этого дополнительного Эфира. Во время этого периода этот Эфир заморожен. В конце этого периода поставщики Эфира должны проголосовать за выпуск дополнительных долей и получить их (если планирование качественное) или отозвать свой Эфир (если планирование плохое)
Если максимальный объем не определен, тогда:
- Распеределить все поставленные Доли между поставщиками Эфира соотвественно (если курс Доли не определён)
- Выпустить больше Долей в точности определённому курсу
Также могут быть некоторые дополнительные опции (опционально):
- Минимальный объем. Если определено, то в конце периода если получено Эфира меньше, чем минимальное количество – открыть возможность отозвать Эфир
- Ограничить период для отзыва Эфира. Для не отозваного Эфира дать Доли. Эта возможность даёт команде шанс показать свою силу с минимальным количеством денег и позволить сообществу взглянуть на команду и на проект с другого угла, как они могут использовать ограниченное количество денег для достижения выдающихся результатов
Если максимальный объем не достигнут и минимальный объем не определён, две опции возможны:
- Все не распроданные Доли остаются команде
- Все не распроданные Доли «сжигаются»
Я предплагаю, что внедрение этих опций для создания контракта делают инвестирование в новые бизнесы более рациональным и отвественным как для бизнесменов, так и для инвесторов.
Дискуссии для этих предложений принимаются с радостью. Будет чудесно иметь больше различных опций для настройки и генерации контракта. Наша команда постарается имплементировать их все.
Я вижу возможность реализации финальной, как минимум «лёгкой» (но достаточно функциональной) бета-версии Fundaria только с помощью моей рабочей силы. Поэтому контракт Fundaria не имеет минимального объема Долей. Планирование будет скорректировано в зависимости от привлеченных инвестиций.
Конечно, большая часть внимания будет уделена промоушену. Сейчас я вижу несколько путей для промоушена Fundaria. Например:

Before establishing the bounty campaign I have been exploring many others campaigns which can find with google search on the web.
There are almost the same Facebook shares bounty task conditions.
Everybody counts friends of participant, age of account and other lesser details.
But when I started bounty campaign with such bounty task I found that these conditions are not working in effective way.
Most bounty hunters share many posts of bounty campaigns they are registered in.
And most of these posts are not liked by anyone.
And now I'm sitting here and asking myself: "Why all these bounty tasks all over the web are similar and such not effective?"
What reason to give tokens for such useless sharing? Most of such shares brings zero attention.
And how to increase quality of this bounty task?
Maybe create condition of rewarding only if last avarage X posts on the hunter's wall have X likes from different X friends?
I understand that this condition is not very strong, but this is much better then no conditions at all.

I've prepared bounty program for bounty hunters. All bounty tasks listed here https://fundaria.com/bounty

I've prepared pre-alfa version of the Idea Development Part of Fundaria. You can check it by visiting https://fundaria.com . The web site is only adapted for Chrome, Firefox/Mozilla and smartphones. Microsoft and Apple browsers users, sorry - please try install Chrome. I promise adapt it for Edge and Safari later.

If you are still not clicked on the link, I'm telling what I developed as well:
- Preparing business idea for further final posting (the idea is called "Fundaria" at this moment, it has already posted and any business idea can be posted in the same way) *1
- Saving information about stakeholder: first and last name, info 'about', skills, social links, profile image, avatar.
- Uploading logo, name and slogan and design them with many fonts to choose and font effects and text shadow (you can see how it works on "Fundaria" idea example).
- Advanced chat system with options to create theme, group and private chats, with customizable responses stream and feature to create messaging branches by answering solo messages. Practically, it can be the first in the world combined chat and tree-like commenting. Additionally there are 23 commands which can be implemented by using # symbol. For example #private, #create chat or even #message background (yeah, blanket in the command - why not?). Every multi-themes chat related to every contrary business idea and all private and group chats available from everywhere. - Joining the business idea team as a teammate or an advisor, seeing teams https://fundaria.com/team
- As it has been already seen, create bounty tasks, registering for them, posting proofs of work, accepting and declining of completed tasks https://fundaria.com/bounty
- Posting profit sources, advantages, risks, questions & answers about the business idea (all these you can find by navigating the site)
- Uploading whitepaper (with ability to expand for uploading any document) https://fundaria.com/documents
- Create 'ideas contest' when you can post any idea related to the development of the main Business Idea and win Stakes if your idea will satisfy contest conditions.
- Rating system which now consists of four rates: profitability, prospect, topicality, uniqueness. I'm planning to implement ability to expand quantity of rates to any number when you can suggest your rate and all can vote for new rates and high-voted will be used in rating system for all business ideas. - Posting slides https://fundaria.com/slides
- Collecting investment intents. This is modern feature not implemented anywhere. I find it to be useful and hope community will understand its advantage. Especially the idea author would be useful to know people's intentions to invest in the idea and see requirements which investors want to set https://fundaria.com/show-investment-intent
- Planning. This functionality is the second part of Fundaria itself. This is much more then every roadmap you can see with the project. Described above is the Idea Development Part. Planning is the functionality which belongs to Business Development Part. This is the place where you can : post funds, projects and tasks, define costs and times (with downtimes!). You can see how it looks here: https://business.fundaria.com . By the way for every business development, based on an invested idea there will be created sub-domain your_company_name.fundaria.com (while for the idea is created such address: fundaria.com/your_idea_name).

Business Development. Fundaria is not only idea preparing and evolving service. Fundaria has already had initial version of the business development. "Fundaria" as the Idea has been already planned using these tools:  https://fundaria.com/planning. Although we can plan our business activity, all software tools of business development version 1.0 are completed only on 5%. *1 At this moment you can prepare your business idea for posting and get link to send it for promoting. I split actions 'preparing the idea' and 'posting the idea' because when you finally post prepared idea there are created two databases for every idea. At this moment 'post idea' action is implemented only by me fot he "Fundaria" idea. If you want to post your well prepared idea, you should show your idea to me and I will accept it or ask to add more details. In the next month there will be implemented automatically posting of the idea without handful accepting.


I hope all this work proves my competence. Imagine how cool it will be when Fundaria will be on it final 1.0 version stage. At this moment alfa version of the Idea Development Part is completed on 70% of 1.0 version. I have been waiting for start posting on Fundaria at least 5 of my business ideas and initiate Stakes sale on every of them. But now I should take care of some necessary options for alfa version which will be ready before Stakes sale will start . And the main of them of course customizable generated smart contracts. It will be cool when people who do not know how to set contract with Solidity be able to create their own custom contracts by selecting from many options in the form.
At first I want to admit that using 'Stakes' word in this context is not accidental. All tokens in Fundaria are Stakes of businesses created here.
By now I suggest such options for generated contract to be selected from:
- Name and symbol
- Owner address
- Amount of supplying Stakes
- Share of Stakes to team (may be frozen)
- Share of Stakes for bounty and advisors (always must be transfered after the Stakes sale)
- Start date of Stakes sale
- End date of Stakes sale
- Freezing period for team's Stakes
- Is the course (price) for Stake during Stakes sale is defined if yes - define it (in ether)
- Periods during Stakes sale have different Stake courses (set timestamps and courses)
- Max cap according to planned tasks (optionally). If yes:
- Allow or not accepting ether for over capped Stakes. If allow then:
- Set period during which an idea author and the team should make additional planning to these additional ether. During this period these ether can be withdrawn. This lets idea author to make additional planning and show it to public. If no planning will be showed or planning is bad - investors can withdraw their overcap invested wei (during defined period).

If max cap is not defined then:
- Spread all supplied Stakes among ether senders proportionally (if course of Stake is not defined)
- Issue more Stakes exactly accordingly to defined course

Also there will be some additional options (optionally):
- Minimum cap. If settled then at the end period if sent ether less than minimum cap - open ability to withdraw them
- Limit period of withdrawing ether. For the not withdrawn ether give Stakes. This ability gave team a chance to prove their power with a tiny amount of money and allow community to take a look at the team and at the project from different angle, how they can use limited money to achieve great results.

If max cap is not achieved and min cap not defined two options are available:
- All unsold Stakes remain for the team
- All unsold Stakes are burned
- All unsold Stakes are partially burned and partially remain for the post sale

Post sale is the continous period (may be unlimited) during which special rules for Stakes sale are set. At first is set higher price for Stake (for example X2 to regular sale price). And this price can be changed but cann't be lowered. A team can show their ability to develop business which can lead to better perception of their project by investors and public and finally these post sale Stakes can be successfully sold. At the same time investors which bought Stakes during regular sale are always have price advantage.

Fundaria creates impressive protection of investors interests. Contract customizing tool will have option to set the ability for investors to withdraw part of invested money during the initial business development period. But this should be the initial investor, who bought Stakes during pre, bonus or regular sale period and she returns Stakes back.  Investor can withdraw an amount which is calculated with subtraction of actual business development time passed period transfers to Pool (past distributions) and the next month planned investment spendings (see rule below).

Also can be set in contract, that project finance manager (or contract owner) can transfer only limited amount of money from Sales Contract to Pool Wallet every time period. If business development begins, for example, on the 1st of January and lasts 1 year, during the next 365/12 days (almost whole January) no more then 1/12 of current investment cap will be able to be transfered to Pool Contract. This option protects investors from scam or bad projects and allows to save at least part of investment if team does not justify expectations.

I suggest implementing these options for contract creating to make investing in new businesses more rational and responsible both for business developers and investors.

All discussions on these propositions are welcomed. It would be great to receive more various options to be implemented for the contract customizing. I will try to implement all of them.

I see clearly ability to finalize at least 'light' (but functionally enough) beta-version of Fundaria using only my working force. So Fundaria's contract do not have minimal cap. Planning will be corrected depending on investment involved.  

Of course much attention should be paid for    promotion. Now I see several ways to promote Fundaria. For example:
- Pay articles sites owners and to qualified writers with bounty Stakes or with received fiat money for posting much of original promo articles
- Create nice looking physical promo booklet where Fundaria essence will be explained in the best way and send letters with such booklets to many idea authors, for example patent holders around the world
- Prepare and post several my own business ideas (at least 5 of them)

I have such practical tasks to be implemented in the nearest future:
- Implement decentralized SQL database on blockchain-like architectured network and store all DB content there
- Implement local program on Meteor or similar framework for Fundaria. So we will not be depended on central administration of Fundaria developers and will be able to expand development process quickly
- Implement all available cryptocurrencies to be used for transactions on Fundaria's business development part
- Implement AI integration to business development for increasing quality of accepted business decisions by their teams

I've reserved around $134000 for special aim: these finance resources can be distributed by Fundaria Stake holders! These are around 20% of all planned funds to use. You will be able to create your project and task during the Fundaria business development process. This whole amount is divided between Stakes holders and everyone will be able to use them for those aims which they want. Of course all distribution and using will be visible to all observers of Fundaria business process.

As for business processing Fundaria will be opened for all people to observe how the money will be used. Everyone will track each cent. Proofs in form of documents, cheques scans, photos or videos or, at least, qualified and fair easy-checking explanation will be prepared on each or the most important tasks.

Thankfully to strategy of Fundaria development we are able to show to public all money transfers and all reasons of these transfers to all stakeholders or even to all public. Every idea's (business) team can choose its own policy on showing their business activity to public. You will be able find such info in the punkt of menu: "intentions".

I'm, Ayaho Olexiy, was preparing to implementation of Fundaria for a very, very long time. And I know what to do and how to do in most effective way. I want to achieve such goals and see future times when everyone will be able to post any business idea and everyone else will be able to implement it and poster of idea -- the idea author and his team of co-authors if they are - receive 5-10% of all future profit of the business which will be built on this idea.

One guy asked in Reddit about simple ethereum contract which can serve as escrow exchange for any tokens. I accepted the challange and created it in little more then in one hour.
Now everyone can use this contract to safelly escrowed sell their tokens to anyone.
Here are simple steps to sell tokens:
0) Be sure that's all OK reading source code of contract here https://etherscan.io/address/0x03a6290b5c0875313422ee003bd323979c8d1ac2#code
1) Run function approve(address _spender, uint256 _value) in the contract with your tokens setting maximum value of tokens for sale to EscrowExhange contract address
2) Run function setTokenForSale(uint course, address tokenContractAddress) in the contract 0x03a6290b5c0875313422ee003bd323979c8d1ac2 , setting the course in wei and the address of contract with your tokens. Course means the number of wei for 1 token. For example if you estimate cost of tokens 100 tokens for 1 ETHER course will be 10000000000000000 (16 zeroes) wei.
3) Send information to token buyer about your deal with your address under which your tokens are holded in tokens contract (this address is necessary information but buyer also need to know the mentioned course of course). Or post such information somewhere if you want anyone will see that you declare your tokens for sale.
4) Buyer should simply execute function buyToken(address sellerAddress) of the EscrowExhange contract mentioning your address (that exact address under which your tokens are mapped in tokens contract) abd sending ETH for desired tokens which will be transfered to token seller.

I'm not sure if this solution is original and appeared earlier, but I did not see any relevant search result in this branch of the forum for keywords "escrow exhange token contract".

What are the biggest problems of almost all blockchains which use proof-of-work? There are two:
1. Practically wasted power on generating needed hash to approve block.
2. Enlargement of blockchain.
What if to use 1. to solve 2. ?
What about to use computation power instead of solving arbitrary tasks to solve pragmatic and usefull task: allow new block's size to become smaller?
We have all time growing chain in which at every moment is appearing new unique sequences let's say of 16 bit's: f5d840e715a... etc
And at the same way some there are more and more repeative sequences.
It is not necessary to keep every repeative sequence of 16 bits in the blockchain.
We just need to find the place where the first sequence is on the blockchain, namely number of block and place in block where this seq. starts go and its length.
Then instead of placing raw data in new block we can place archived data, where instead of raw 16 bit sequences there will be links to the same sequences which exists somewhere in the blockchain.
So proof-of-work can be in form of searching matching bit sequnces in the blockchain. When some is found, we save its location as link to it to replace the same sequence in new block with this "archiving data".
So the task for the miner can be to find location of bits sequence in the blockchain which size would be lesser then the sequence itself.
Location or the link to the same sequence in the blockchain are the numbers and they also have size. Even if we find some repeative sequence somewhere in blockchain it is not guarantee that the size of the sequence will be bigger then size to the link to its location in the blockchain.
So the real miner's work should be locating those sequences in the past, which long enogh for their [location-size id] by which we can easy find them should be smaller in size then a pure sequence.
I see many other tasks to be solved even if this theory is working.
But if we can prove that this works, we can build blockchain where miner's work will be much more effective then in most modern blockchains.
The dynamics of increasing in size of the blockchain based on this technology will have lowering factor but not constant as in modern blockchains.

Investing in Fundaria Development
Investing in Fundaria development occurs when RI token is purchased using FundariaTokenBuy Ethereum contract buy() function. Simply call function buy() with some amount of ETH on address 0xacce8e31616e608d001afdd63aa764f589666879 . Please do not send ETH to this address without calling buy() function - it doesn't accept it. If you do not have local synced Ethereum network node I created article of how to invest in Fundaria using Metamask+Remix which you can read here.
There are two main variables are defined in related FundariaToken contract to proceed buying process:
course - current course of RI to ether is 100 RI per 1 ether (100:1)
supplyLimit - current limit of tokens available to supply is 2'000'000 (2mln)

Explanation
I decided not to use standard token supplying scheme. The main difference to usual ICO can be expressed in the phrase "supplying on demand with total supply limit". This scheme is best fit to the Fundaria development and investment intention: "supply tokens no more then development costs planned".
Important note: every second purchased RI token is auto distributed to Fundaria creator address, so totally 50% of all tokens will be owned for further distribution to development team according to efforts contribution into development and other parametres to determine the reason and quantity of these tokens teammate should recieve in addition to the wage and money bonuses.
The end timestamp of the first development phase is August/22/2018 14:00:53 (1534946453).
The costs planned for the first phase of Fundaria development are 223'700 USD.  According to current USD/ETH course ($231.55/ETH) this approximately rounded as 1000 ETH. As to Bonus Refund program during the "bonus period 1" (till July/20/2017 08:40:53) 90% of ether invested are refunded and stored in FundariaBonusFund contract. So only 10% of ether for bought RI tokens will be distributed to Fundaria Pool address for development at this bonus period. According to these conditions totaly 10'000 ETH are needed to be invested to accomplish first development phase investment goal. This equals to 1'000'000 RI and including RI for dev. team the supplyLimit varaible defined at the moment when this text is written is 2'000'000.
At the begining of "bonus period 2" (there will be totally 9 bonus periods with decreasing investment bonus refund shares) supplyLimit variable will be restated and decreased (because at the next bonus period bonus refund share will be decreased 90% -> 80% and Fundaria Pool share increased accordingly).

Bonus Refund Scheme
According to this scheme early investors will recieve more RI tokens for the same amount of money (up to X10). When tokens are purchased the ether amount of transaction is devided in two parts, one transfered to Fundaria Pool for development, second transfered to FundariaBonusFund contract to be stored for further withdrawing or investment purposes by purchased tokens owner.

These bonus wei can be used in two ways:
+ they can be withdrawn after the first phase of Fundaria development (after August/22/2018 14:00:53)
+ they can be transfered to Investor Account (which will be created) and used for buying tokens of Fundaria based companies before the end of the first phase of Fundaria development AND they can be withdrawn from Investor Account after the first phase of Fundaria development.
This condition according to which Bonus Refunds can be transfered to Investor Account can be fulfilled if Fundaria development team will finish first development phase earlier then in planned terms. This condition creates strong motivation to complete usable beta-version of Fundaria much earlier before August/22/2018 14:00:53 because part of bonus ether could be distributed to Fundaria based projects (companies) and this gives life to Fundaria based companies development. And at the same time early investors recieve really great advantage.

Fundaria Token RI Serving Contracts
I created 3 Ethereum solidity contracts for dealing with Fundaria Token RI:

1. The "root" contract for RI storing and transfering. Expanded ERC: Token standard contract named "FundariaToken" which stores tokens ownership information and have functions for tokens supplying and transfering. The contract source for reading and commenting on google docs and the contract data on Etherscan.io page.

There are some standard functions as transfer, transferFrom, approve and standard variables as totalSupply. Along with them are created special function supplyTo and variables supplyLimit, course for token purchasing purposes. In addition there are some supporting functions such as weiForToken and tokenForWei.

2. The contract named "FundariaTokenBuy" to purchase RI tokens by calling buy() function. Google docs & Etherscan.io page. See detailed information of how to buy RI tokens above.

On fundaria.com there is also chat which I created in 2008 year with easy 'no email confirmation' registration and even with private chats (the chat located in the bottom left corner of the screen).
Twitter is still in "alfa mode" because logo is not created yet.

As to the logo located on this page - this is *ONLY* for using on bitcointalk logo because I did not ask permission to space ship graphics authors to use their creations on that picture. Only one of them - tfaddy mentioned about free using. I created special "Contributions For Graphics Used in Logo" fund to pay for these ships "rents". That was a great dilemma, use or not this "logo" and finally I came up to conclusion that because I do not use these ships graphics for their direct appointment - for games, authors will not be angry especially considering planned contributions for them. This "logo" is very precisely reflects Fundaria structure as something which gathers great ideas which these space ships are symbolizing.
