1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Claymore Ethereum Miner is Fine, but Cgminer Causes rigs to freeze on: July 24, 2017, 05:55:17 PM
I've been mining ethereum for weeks without issue (I have mostly rigs with 6 cards per rig, some only have 2/3 per rig). Anyway, I switched to ccminer 2.0 x64, and I've had to constantly restart my 6 card rigs, as in multiple times per day. The computers seem to just black screen/freeze. The rigs with only 2/3 cards have not had to be restarted and are continuing to mine on ccminer just fine.

Has anyone experienced this? I was experimenting with mining Digibytes which is why I changed to ccminer. Any help would be incredibly appreciated!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 - How to Enable 6 GPUs on: June 19, 2017, 06:27:08 PM
I have the GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 7. It has 6 PCI-e slots, however Windows will only recognize 5 cards at one time. I have the latest bios and tried disabling things like excess sata ports and onboard audio, but it will not recognize the 6th GPU. Has anyone got 6 GPU's working with this or a related Gigabyte board?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / CCMiner Auto Block Error, Can't find the solution anywhere on: June 05, 2017, 11:53:53 AM
I built a new pc which has a 1070, and I can't get ccminer to work correctly

I used the following in the .bat file:

ccminer-x64.exe -r skein -o stratum+tcp://stratum.dgb.theblocksfactory.com:9002 -u username -p pass

and this is the output I get, It just keeps repeating this auto block message:

It is a new build so I thought maybe I didn't have some necessary drivers/software installed, but I have the latest nvidia drivers and also VC++ 2013 installed. It's more perplexing because I have another rig with a 980ti that is mining perfectly. I've looked all over and can't find a solution so any help would be greatly appreciated!
