1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Antminer D3 - US Seller Preorder Nov 1-15th - Batch 3 on: August 11, 2017, 01:51:30 PM
Bitmain Antminer D3 15GH/s - 4000$ each. I have 7 units for sale. I ordered more than I can run.

Up for sale is a Preorder for the 3rd batch of the Bitmain AntMiner D3. This batch ill be shipped November 1-10.

This order is already paid for and confirmed. It will ship from China to my house in Houston Texas and I will then air mail it to you with fast shipping the same day if possible. I will happily set it up with your preferred pools if you'd like or even show you how to use it via skype.

Profitability is looking amazing but I don't guarantee any profit. Use a dash calculator on google and see for yourself. At todays rates and prices it would do 30 dash - 5500$ a month. Of course by November that will decrease as more miners come online and difficulty of Dash mining rises. So weigh you options and know what you're getting into. Again. I don't guarantee any profit, only that I will deliver you a new D3 in November.

A Power supply is NOT included. Bitmain recommends use of the APW3++ PSU with the Antminer D3. One APW3++ PSU can not power more than one Antminer D3. Other power supplies may be used but The AntMiner D3 must be powered by a total of 9 PCI Express connectors. Multiple power supplies can be used but Do not connect more than one PSU to the same hashing board!

Specifications:
1. Hash rate: 15 GH/s (Variation of ±5% is expected)
2. Hashing algorithm: X11
3. Power consumption: 1200W (at the wall, with Bitmain’s APW3 PSU, 93% efficiency, 25°C ambient temp).
4. Power Efficiency: 1.6 J/MH + 10% (at the wall, with APW3 93% efficiency, 25°C ambient temp)
5. Rated Voltage: 11.60 ~13.00V
6. Dimensions of the miner: 320*130*190mm
7. Operating Temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C
8. Network Connection: Ethernet
Please Note all Pre-sales are FINAL due to the nature of mining and cryptocurrency I will not refund any orders unless units are defective. So please do your research before buying.

Only selling to US buyers !! I accept Paypal, Bitcoin, wire transfer and cash.
If you are in the Houston Texas area you are welcome to pick it up the same day they arrive.

Since the difficulty will sink like the titanium, would it be worth it to start mining with some S9s? hmmmm

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Altcoin farm electrical setup advice on: July 10, 2017, 07:26:08 PM
I would really appreciate some advice on setting up a small farm on the third floor of my house.

First off, I need to mention that I live in the US, Texas to be exact. Energy costs are very low here. 0.05 or even lower on medium usage.

I'm planning on running 50 antminers L3+ (880w) and 10-20 ethereum GPU rigs (1200w) on the third floor of my house, it’s a pretty big space with AC that never gets used and has no furniture and is away from everything so that the noise wouldn’t matter. My issue is how do I run that amount of power up there and what equipment would be needed? That’s approx 44-88 kw of constant power. Probably would try for 100 kw capacity for future expansion.

I would obviously call an pro to setup the wiring and boxes needed but any advice on what the best setup would be? Any idea on the cost of bringing in so much power? Should I ask for 220v connection? What server PDUs would I need? Any other equipment?

I’m totally clueless when it comes to electrical so please treat me like 5 year old. haha  Grin
