spiele nun schon seit einigen Wochen mit dem Gedanken eventuell auch ein kleines Bitcoin-Projekt auf die Beine zu stellen. Würde eventuell mit einer Art Bitcoin-Faucet anfangen. Nun frage ich mich allerdings, in wie fern der Betrieb mit Bitcoins gewerbepflichtig ist?

Der Handel mit Bitcoins gegen Euro benötigt ja auf jeden Fall ein Gewerbe, doch wie sieht es mit einem kostenlosen Faucet aus, das in etwa die Menge an Bitcoins ausschüttet, welche durch Werbung eingenommen werden? Wäre also ein Hobbyprojekt ohne große geplante Einnahmen?
Oder muss aufgrund der Bitcoin-Börsen und dem existierenden Gegenwert in EUR etc. auch ein Bitcoin-Umsatz versteuert werden, wenn diese auf einer Webseite nicht getauscht werden können?
