5. Prove that the alternating group on at least 5 (and possibly infinitely many) elements is simple.

7. Solve for x: 2x+3=5.

8. Use the Cayley-Dickson construction to show that ||x*y||=||x||*||y|| for all octonions x,y.

Think about it. In the USA, kids spend their entire lives where they cannot go anywhere because there are dangerous cars on the streets and because nobody is designing the streets to be SAFE for pedestrians and bicyclists. Right now, we live in a society where people can improve their social skills by staying at home and not interacting with any interaction will likely result in an extremely negative outcome. Autism is on the rise. People are no longer fucking. People are not even having conversations anymore. Medical malpractice is a serious problem. Medical malpractice is a leading cause of death. And it does not fucking help to have universities educating future doctors while promoting violence. That is fucked up.
