I am in a country in europe where you can't buy any bitcoin without identification. So I thought I'll just fly to wherever I need to.  

Where is it easiest to buy bitcoin on an atm? Without identification I mean. Just looking to buy a single bitcoin privately, so I could just stay several days somewhere and buy all I can daily.

This looks promising if the 12000€ no id limit is true... But the info on that seems to be outdated quite often.

Where should I be headed?

I have an l3+ coming from bitmain via DHL now. I can handle the customs payments for it myself and need to know does the products price show up anywhere in the packaging or does DHL know etc.

Basically so I can give them a slightly smaller price than what is in this receipt in my email and pay less taxes.

The honest price anyway, just the litecoin amount paid multiplied by the price at the time of order. (1200 EUR) as opposed to the 1850$ (1550€) price shown in the order details.
