1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Metaverse/ETP pool added to noobpool.com on: August 30, 2018, 04:29:08 PM
We now currently run ETH, ETC, Ellaism, and now ETP.

You can access our etp site from http://meta.noobpool.com, or click the link from our main page at http://www.noobpool.com

0.1% fee.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Noobpool.com more servers on: May 05, 2018, 05:15:27 PM
Our average hashrate at http://www.noobpool.com runs between 20-30gh.  If we setup nodes in EU and Asia would people be willing to switch over to our pool from some of the bigger pools?  We have been around for about a year, have a helpful telegram chat, and a 0% fee.  Our current server is located at a data center on the east coast of the US, but with servers in other countries we could lower ping times for people in those areas and grow the size of the pool.

If enough people are interested, I'll start work on the new servers, if not I'll save the time and money and just keep the current server.  We currently offer ETH and ETC only.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / [ETH] [ETC] 0% fee, noobpool.com prop with anti hopper script on: October 06, 2017, 03:54:41 PM
This pool is setup with an anti pool hopper script, so we can stay with a prop system which is great for part time miners, low hash rate miners, and even people who want to throw a bunch of Nicehash power at it.  We average around 10-15GH on ETH and 4-5GH on etc.  Our average variance (luck) is in the green, so it's better than average, which means higher payouts for everyone.

We have a telegram chat with a ton of helpful people who will help you step by step to get setup if you need it, up to sending you custom bios for your gpu if requested.  There are always people in chat and it's a good group of guys hanging out, talking shop, and having fun while we mine.

Our current mining force is around 150-160 people, looking to increase that as our dedicated server will have no problem with the extra miners.  It's a fast, dedicated, system setup at a data center with a 1GB internet connection and only runs the two pools, nothing else.  We have tested it up to 500GH and it ran with no issues.

So if you're new and want to learn, we are a great place to start.  If you're a vet and already know your way around, it's also a good place to go as you can help others as well as be on a server where you are not one of 35k, but part of a small, growing community where you are treated like a person, not just a statistic.

The websites have instructions and links to get up and running fast.  Even video tutorials, but it's actually very simple to start mining.  If you follow the instructions you can be mining in as little as 10 minutes or less.

And there are no pool fees!

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / [ETC] [POOL] ETC.NOOBPOOL.COM has a new etc node to go with our ETH node! on: August 30, 2017, 02:56:03 PM
We setup an etc node for faster, easier blocks, and because of the upcoming iceage that is in the works for eth.  So if you want something easier to mine, or just like ETC, the pool is up and running.  A few bugs with the website display that's being worked out, and needs some cosmetic updates, but it's working correctly.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Noobpool.com Ethereum mining, 0% pool fee! on: July 02, 2017, 06:50:28 AM
I setup a mining pool for new miners. It's focused on the more casual miners, people with lower hash rates (but others are welcome), simple instructions to be up and mining in minutes. It's built using the open ethereum pool source, and still looks a bit generic as I haven't spent much time to customize it yet.

The pool is setup on a dedicated, hosted server, 1gig network, 8 core super fast system. Payout is set at 0.05 and set to run payouts every 10 minutes.

People have been hesitant to join because it's not one of the BIG pools out there so they feel it's not stable or won't be around long.  I can assure you it's very stable and will be around a long time.  I've already paid 2 years of hosting for the dedicated server.  Hash rates are going up as more people join.

Although this pool is designed for the smaller hash rate miners, larger rigs are welcome.  We can handle whatever you can throw at us.

Just visit http://www.noobpool.com to get started.
