In September, Binance announced a complete exit from Russia and the sale of its business in this country to the CommEX crypto exchange. The decision to leave the Russian Federation was made against the background of international pressure in connection with the full-scale aggression of the Russian army towards Ukraine. But starting November 20, Russians will face a new unpleasant surprise. From now on, on Binance you can neither buy nor sell cryptocurrencies such as Cardano (ADA), Algorand (ALGO), Arbitrum (ARB), Arkham (ARKM), ARPA, BNB, BUSD, Polkadot (DOT), Ethereum (ETH) for rubles ), Litecoin (LTC), Polygon (MATIC), NEAR, Solana (SOL), Worldcoin (WLD) and XRP. Binance representatives explained this decision “to protect users and support high-quality trading.” Source: https://m.antikor.com.ua/ru/articles/666972-kriptobirha_binance_nanesla_udar_po_valjute_rf_za_rubli_teperj_neljzja_kupitj_top-kriptuIn Russia itself, they are going to turn off YouTube, Telegram and WhatsApp for citizens. Little by little, Russians are being isolated from the outside world for aggression, and their government is being isolated in order to hide the truth from its citizens. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DHk3aEj6eBfg&ved=2ahUKEwi4_qKR59eCAxUFQ_EDHbHkBHAQtwJ6BAgaEAI&usg=AOvVaw2IvQXGVdt4 Te1BmYffzFpn https://m.antikor.com.ua/ru/articles/659010-rf_nachala_zakupki_tehnologij_dlja_blokirovki_sajtov_i_programm_pod_pritselom_youtube_whatsapp_telegram_vpn

Economy / Economics / Food security in the world has been shaken by Russia's actions

On July 17, 2023, Russia withdrew from the “grain agreement” and officially notified Turkey and Ukraine, as well as the UN secretariat, of its objection to the extension of the “grain deal” for the export of grain and other agricultural products from Ukrainian ports to the world market. In connection with the termination of the Black Sea Initiative and the curtailment of the maritime humanitarian corridor, from 00:00 Moscow time on July 20, 2023, all ships en route to Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea will be considered as potential carriers of military cargo. Accordingly, the flag countries of such vessels will be considered involved in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kyiv regime, the Russian Defense Ministry said. Thus, Russia stated that it intends to sink any civilian ships that will be sent to the Black Sea ports of Ukraine. This will greatly complicate the delivery of agricultural products to many poor regions of the world. Due to Russia's sabotage of the "grain corridor" in recent months, the world has not received an additional 25 million tons of agricultural products from Ukraine. In total, 1,002 vessels left Ukrainian ports during the year of this agreement. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, since the start of the “grain agreement”, more than 33 million tons of products of Ukrainian farmers have been exported to 45 countries of the world. It is worth noting that after withdrawing from the grain deal, Russia has been attacking Ukrainian ports with missiles and drones for the third night in a row, trying to hit terminals with Ukrainian grain. So, on July 19, 60,000 tons of grain were destroyed in the terminal of the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk, which was planned to be delivered to the world market two months ago. With its piracy, Russia is blackmailing the whole world, trying to partially lift sanctions for its military invasion of Ukraine and jeopardizing food security in the world, thereby increasing the threat of hunger in many poor countries of the world. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://1prime.ru/state_regulation/20230719/841129477.html&ved=2ahUKEwjp-8fln5uAAxUCGhAIHUh2CGgQFnoECB4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw2Y-4 amIIxS74jQpfr8rfTw https://news.zerkalo.io/world/44156.htmlhttps://m.gordonua.com/news/war/rossiya-zayavila-chto-budet-schitat-vse-suda-idushchie-v-ukrainskie-porty-perevozchikami-gruzov-voennogo-naznacheniya-1673774.html

Other / Politics & Society / Russia's withdrawal from the "grain agreement". Hunger or World War III?
|
on: July 18, 2023, 11:56:01 AM

On July 17, 2023, Russia withdrew from the “grain agreement” and officially notified Turkey and Ukraine, as well as the UN secretariat, of its objection to the extension of the “grain deal” for the export of grain and other agricultural products from Ukrainian ports to the world market. In addition, Russia withdrew security guarantees for the grain corridor. In other words, Russia says it can sink civilian ships flying any flag as long as they take grain out of Ukraine. The sinking of civilian ships with non-military cargo in neutral waters can be considered piracy.
In connection with these actions of Russia, a very tense situation is developing in a number of countries, and above all in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Due to the sabotage by the Russian Federation of the work of the "grain corridor" in recent months, the world has not received an additional 25 million tons of agricultural products from Ukraine anyway. In total, during the year of this agreement, 1,002 vessels left Ukrainian ports. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, since the start of the "grain agreement" more than 33 million tons of products of Ukrainian farmers have been exported to 45 countries of the world. In many countries, even taking into account the work of the "grain agreement", grain and other agricultural products have risen in price greatly. If Russia now interferes with the export of grain under this agreement, the population of many developing countries will face starvation.
The situation is interesting because Turkey and China, which are regarded in Russia as some kind of economic allies, are interested in extending the "grain agreement". One way out of this food crisis is to escort ships from Ukrainian ports by warships from Turkey or China. Is Putin ready to continue to increase the stakes and fight virtually with the whole world?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Isn't it time for us to defend our interests in the courts?

We have more than once come across the arbitrariness of the development team of various projects, which after the bounty campaigns at their own discretion change the order and any conditions of payments to bounty hunters of the stipulated remuneration and already treat this as something inevitable. However, how defenseless are we?
Many of us took part in the bounty companies of the UnitedCrowd project, which is registered in Germany. From the outset, they announced that the reward pool is 12.5 million of their UCT tokens, which is € 250,000, meaning that their token is supposedly valued at $ 0.02. Moreover, the payment will be made to the participants' ether wallets without any KYC checks and other restrictions. Now, after the end of the bounty on March 31st, they broke their promises. They offer to register on their website and go through KYC there with the provision of their identification documents and selfies with them, the payment of tokens will be made to the personal accounts of the participants on the site and they will be frozen for three months. However, most importantly, due to the fact that their token has grown in price to $ 0.3, they decided not to pay out the number of tokens that is already indicated in the table and want to reduce them by about 20 times.
This is outright deception on the part of the development team. In this regard, some bounty hunters propose to go to the German courts with a lawsuit against UnitedCrowd in connection with the team's unilateral violation of the essential terms of the contract with the participants of the bounty campaigns. Yes, there may not yet be any judicial precedents for this category of cases, but the case looks quite promising due to the obviousness of such violations.
Do you think it's time for bounty hunters to unite and defend their rights in court?

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Do we have a full-fledged crypto currency market?
|
on: May 06, 2018, 07:37:52 AM

We all know that most coins and tokens have a price dependence on bitcoin. We have seen how the whole market fell after the December drop in the bitcoin rate, while the market almost froze for four months. I believe that so far we do not have a full-fledged crypto currency market. It will be only when the price growth or fall of each coin or token will be determined by the peculiarities of the development of the individual project of this crypto currency, and not by the state of bitcoin at the given time. Each coin or token must have its own pricing policy. Until this happens, we can assume that we do not have a full-fledged crypto-currency market. And how do you feel about this?
