1  Bitcoin / Meetups / London Crypto Group | Pub Socials | Whats App Group *FREE* on: November 29, 2017, 04:39:15 PM
All,

I'm thinking about creating a social group based in London UK for all things crypto, we would have a pub social every month or so depending on demand and have a whats app group for discussions when socials are not happening.

The idea is to create a network of individuals in and around London who can socialise and engage in friendly crypto discussions either in the pub over a beer or on whatsapp.

Would anyone be interested in something like this?

~Lucas

P.S This group is open to everyone, regardless of their beliefs/race/gender/etc...

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WAVES Makes BBC News on: August 29, 2017, 11:19:15 AM
As we all know Burger King in Russia has teamed up with Waves, the new WhopperCoin seems to be really good press for WAVES: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-41082388

This may bring even more people to the crypto world!

- Aware we all know about WhopperCoin, this topic is just to show you that its getting major press by being on BBC News.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Cloud Mining Thoughts on: August 25, 2017, 11:24:12 AM
Guys,

Would be good to get your opinion on cloud mining contracts from Genesis or Hashflare. Has anyone got any good/bad experiences with them? Are they profitable?

You can get  10,000.0 GH/s Hash Rate for $1200, apparently gives you a return of $60 a week.... Seems like a good investment no? (Worth noting you can invest just 12$ if you wanted a lower hash rate)
