Some say that it is ok to advertise suspicious products on this forum and that the senior members warnings are enough and that each individual is responsible for his own investments. This is partly true. Why partly? Because even though we are all responsible for our investmebts, this forum still stays as a method of delivering such scams, ie making them possible, intentionally or not. Senior member warnings are enough investment wise. However, if there are no details about the advertised product (be it scam or not), thread should be locked until proof is presented. If there is no proof (video of the device in action, face, name and the address of the individual/company that is producing, etc) thread should be locked for good, and person should be tagged a scammer or banned permanently. This is not a brain surgery, please keep the things simple and effective and above all, try to keep the name and the reputation of this forum clean.

If eventually ASICS take over, what to buy apart from the shady Chinese? Where are western ASIC manufacturers? USA, Germany, UK, France, anyone? Where are the competent "men of the West"? Are there any left?

I have had issues with zcoin mining on mph, because my hashrate was not reported as it should have on the mph dashboard. So, i have called them thieves on one of the topics. However, that is not true and i must apologize. They are a legit pool. The issue was with the damn ccminer itself. All it took was to add --submit-stale in the .bat file. Once more i am sorry for my hasty conclusions about MPH.

Bittrex closes issue tickets as solved even though they are not. I have opened a ticket over a week ago, today i see it being closed with no explanation, or my issue being resolved. Avoid Bittrex at all costs!!! Worst experience ever! You have been warned. Accounts closed with cryptic explanations, accounts downgraded to new status, they will ask for every personal document they can think of.... list goes on, totally nazi attitude. Never, ever, trade there or you risk losing your money.

I`ve been reading the forum for quite some time and i trust in you ppl to help me out.
So, the question is quite simple, i want to start a mining project, with the electricity cost of about 0.13$ kw/h where i live, and I have a budget of about 20000$. What to invest in? Bunch of gpu`s, or asic miners? If the gpu`s are the option, i was after 1080ti`s, for the asic`s a A5 dashmaster looks awesome... So, i`m quite confused actually with all the variables taken into consideration. Help out a brotha!
