I'm using Blockchain payment API to receive bitcoin payment from my customer, but it generates a new address every time, the customer experience is not good.

Is there a way that the customer can keep a static address for deposit every time? I see some exchanges have implemented this, but don't know how.

我注册了不到2个星期，上面的币就被盗了。有人在晚上10点多登录进我的帐号，将币转走。

我是启用了谷歌认证的，该平台在登录和提现时分别需要输入2次谷歌认证码，理论上，如果是靠猜的话基本没可能猜对，唯一的可能就是对方拥有我的密钥。事发后我扫描了我的电脑和手机，均未发现有病毒或木马。

我在这个平台上放的币并不多，在其他平台有比它更多的币却没事，而且其他平台已经用了半年多，从未有被盗的情况，这个平台才注册了2周就被盗，我觉得这里面必然不是巧合。如果我电脑手机上有木马，那我其他平台应该早就被盗了才对。

根据客服给的信息，对方是一次输入密码和谷歌验证就成功了，可见完全是掌握了我的密码和谷歌密钥。

那么最大的可能性就是来自该平台内部的风险，因为只有接触得到服务器和数据库的人才有可能看到用户密码和谷歌密钥，用户密码甚至有可能是未加密的。

我提醒了客服他们可能存在内部风险，他们置若罔闻，一口咬定是我自己的问题。

总之在此提醒大家此平台的风险，谷歌认证并不是100%保险的。
