What's the best way to withdraw USD or EUR from Mt. Gox? I've read about several people complaining not to be able to withdraw at all or with significant delay?
Is it advisable to use payment processors like okpay? What about coupons?
Any pointer to some newbie-friendly guide would be appreciated.
