And then they will face "merit", however, like me. "Merit" is almost impossible to obtain. And that's what all the pain of new users is before the introduction of "Merit" - no one wants to share them, top ranks do not want to produce competitors, but newcomers simply can not share. It turns out a vicious circle. If this is done in order to stop trading accounts, then I think this is not possible. This only raises the price of top-level accounts.
