It looks like that BTC-E admins trying their best to restore the website and came back online again when everyone thinking there is no way that they come up again as FBI seized some of their their facilities, servers and Purses.

But It looks like that they will come online and start trading again.
I was positive about this issue from the date 1 and i knew that they will not going to just leave an oldest and TRUSTED BITCOIN exchange like this.

Returning the exchange can also prove the POWER of the decentralised BITCOIN and crypto currency once AGAIN. It will PROVE the world that even FBI can not stop BITCOIN by attacking random exchanges and spreading fears around and gets peoples money like this.
the reality is, these attacks makes exchanges BULLETPROOF and it makes them stronger, to avoid and survive further attacks.
IMAGINE BTC-E Returns, It will not gonna have the same security ......

In the case of BTC-E recovering, the real winner is not even BTC-E exchange but its BITCOIN and People supporting it.

I'm confident that Crypto wallets is in the control of BTC-E. Encrypt secret keys for wallets are super secure and if FBI even gets hands on it, they would take all moneys out even before they start attacking Mr Vinnik. Even if they got the keys from Vinnik they would transfer money as soon as possible before it gets to the media as there can be 10 copy of that wallet on the other locations and can be protected before FBI take it. If you are professional, you should know what am I trying to explain.

even If they lost some money, there is a few options for them to recover their loss. they can get some Bitcoin Cash (BCC) for their bitcoins. they can also Minimise the withdrawals for a period of the time and allow people to trade again, so they can recover slowly.
There is an online poll on Telegram shows, About 80% of the average BTC-E users wont leave BTC-E and they will still supporting it if BTC-E Returns. Most people wanted the EXCHANGE BACK instead of refund. ****PEOPLE AND MARKET NEEDS A TRUSTWORTHY AND DECENTRALISED BITCOIN EXCHANGE ****

FIRST,OLD, SECURE Bitcoin EXCHANGE Company Like BTC-E with Billions worth of Bitcoins and etc.. can not die like this.

UPDATE : Moneys which Seized by FBI should be FIATS ( USD ) in some specific banks or finance company which FBI could access to,( Expect Russian Banks ), BTC-E can also resolve it by creating a tokens or ICO instead of USD. Bitfinex done it before, These are the options that BTC-E is thinking about now .


BTC-E should take advantage of BCC and recover from losses , It was a golden chance and opportunity to recover ! I Hope they are doing well.
