The website https://coinmarketcap.com/ will serve as the dataset of record.

When looking at the closing price of the top six crypto currencies, we will focus on the numbers appearing in the tenths and hundredths place of the price. In other words, if the closing price of Bitcoin on November 14th is $3251.30, the number we will use is "30." And if the closing price of Ethereum on November 14th is $212.01, the number we will use is "01." If the closing price of Ripple on November 14th is $0.199515 we will use "15".
