2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN][ICO] DreamTeam - the first Esports recruitment and management platform on: September 20, 2017, 12:00:46 PM

DreamTeam - Infrastructure platform and payment gateway for Esports and Gaming. With the unlocking of blockchain and smart-contracts technologies, we have a unique opportunity to build a one-of-a-kind platform, and payment gateway for players, teams, tournaments and sponsors.

Big Idea

Since the beginning of mankind, we have been living in endless competition. It’s always about being faster, better, stronger. And today it’s about becoming #1 on a gaming server!
Imagine that 1.4 Bn players are registered in just Top 10 competitive titles, and eight of them are team-based games like Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Dota2 and Overwatch, all played 5x5 or 6x6. But while it’s easy to have fun playing solo, it becomes really tough for players who want to form a team and start an amateur career.
But how would you look for a job without recruitment websites or grow a company with no management tools? Or just picture communicating without e-mail and hiring staff without CVs... Sounds unrealistic? Well, that’s the reality for 250M players who want to build, grow and manage their teams!
With the unlocking of blockchain & smart contract technologies, we have a unique opportunity to provide an all-in-one solution and build a multi-billion dollar economy on one platform. Introducing DreamTeam – the first e-sports and gaming recruitment and management network!

Problems and Solutions

There are very few Esports clubs due to the extremely hard conditions for team creation and management. As an example, there are 300M soccer players compared to 250M Esports LOL players. But there are 300,000 soccer clubs, and only around 100 Esports LOL clubs.
Presently to create a team, you must open a bank account, set up a legal entity and make monthly payments. It takes a lot of time and efforts. To ensure basic functioning of the team, you need to hire an accountant and a lawyer at least. You must prepare all of the necessary documents on your own, including contracts for players, sponsors, and other staff. You have to use dozens of different services for scouting, recruitment, management, etc. No all-in-one solution. The cost to create a team starts from $3,000 and $400+ to support it monthly. The timeframe is at least 1-2 months on average.

While the traditional sports market is by far one of the largest markets with a 2.8Bn audience and $150Bn in revenue, its very slow growth seems to have hit a ceiling. The sports market is highly regulated and its growth rate is not like it used to be 10-20 years ago, as we are immersing further and further into the virtual gaming world. And esports has all the prerequisites to become the biggest sport on the planet.

Competitive gaming as a major part of the gaming industry

The core of competitive gaming and a large part of the gaming market is in competition between players or teams in the online multiplayer games. Remember that 1.5 Bn users are registered in the top-10 competitive titles on PC alone, and the revenue of such games equals to about 45% of the entire PC gaming market revenue, around $11Bn. Eight out of ten titles are team-based games like Counter-Strike, League of Legends, DotA 2, World of Tanks and Overwatch, all played 5-on-5 or 6-on-6.
